my ipod touch keeps hanging

dear all,
my ipod touch (4th gen) keeps hanging and goes back to restoration mode. Although i restore everything, latest ios, clean state (make it like a brand new ipod) but it still hangs after a few touch and the whole problems repeats by itself. And i keep restoring it and it keeps hanging, its like a never ending cycle. And the worst part is that these problems only start one month after the warranty ended.
so what should i do?
is my ipod touch still save-able or a total goner?
please help

kaspersky internet security

the problem is.. i just bought a new laptop and it has MCAfee antivirus
so i bought kaspersky cause it's better than MCAfee and when i want to install..
the kaspersky program asked me to remove the MCAfee program because of compatibility issues
So i remove lo through the Uninstall/Change program from the control panel
and then right my comp restarted and when i try to install again the kasperksy program said that still have MCAfee program in my system
but the problem is.. i find and find also cannot find the dam MCAfee program and it's not even listed in my "Unistall/Remove program" list in the control panel
So now i cannot install the Kasperksky program!
WHAT HAVE I DONE WRONG?
WHAT CAN I DO??

pLEASE HELP!
