So i started chatting with this girl i met from a dating app. It has come to the point where i suspect the person is not who he/she say they are.

And this is only after chatting for 1 day.

Question asked
- are u living alone
- no video call
- job and location staying
- asking for love and affection so early (we just chatted for a day or two)

Tell tale sign was the speed of the reply. Most reply were within minute. And the replies are very superficial and short one or two word answer. Also replying in very weird timezone.

And the biggest sign is the pics mismatch. Asked for few pics showing weird posture which he/she divulged easily. God wonder how they doctored those photo.

Beware guys. Not sure if wanna doxx the number cause i am 80% certain. Also asking her where she is from and she gave an answer that someone from ipoh wont answer.

Also, they seem to be using an auto reply software ehich kept spamming the same message multiple times. Also the scammer will ask u to move to whatsapp quick

Most of the property agent in Malaysia have no ethics and are lying sack of shit.

Hired an agent to rent my property out. After collecting the rental commission, completely changed his attitude, do not answer call and keeps delaying the rental agreement till i called his agency.

List some of ur shit experience. Again not all are bad but the good ones are a dime a dozen

Some of the shit tactic

- Fake photos on advert
- When u call them up, they tell u house is sold and then offers u another crappier property
- Jacks up the advert price from the real selling price then proceeds to lower it when u nego
- Promise you the sky when trying to get ur business then goes completely AWOL

Hi guys,

I am abit in a bind now. I rented a house from a couple staying in singapore and signed a 1+1 agreement. The first year contract ended on 31st January 2018. However, i continue to stay on and has been punctual in my rental payment.

All has been good, suddenly in March i receive a whatsapp from the owner stating that he is terminating the tenancy with 2 months notice. I try to negotiate with owner for an extension till Sept 2018 but was dowright refused and he wants me to leave on the stipulated date. His reason being his relative wants to stay there

Theres a clause for termjnation

Section 4.1 "two months notice shall be given before the termination of the tenancy. During the two months immediately preceeding the termination of tenancy unless the tenant shall have given notice of his intention to renew the tenancy as hereinafter provided, to permit person of authority to inspect the house for the purpose of letting the same

Section 5.3 upon tenant paying the rent and observing all covenants, obligations required, to allow tenant to peaceably enjoy and hold demised premise without any interruption from landlord or any person rightfully claiming to represent him/her

Section 6.5 " in the event that the tenant shall be desirous of taking tenancy of demised premise for a further term, tenant shall give notice to landlord two months written notice of the same. Provided always the terms and condition of this agreement shall have been duly observed and performed by tenant, the landlord shall grant the tenant a further term of tenancy as is specified in section 11 of scedule hereto upon terms and condition

Section 11 " 1 year with a further 1 year extension"

I was still communicating with owner last month when the automatic door broke and i had to pay to fix it wbich was subsequently deducted from next months rent.

I cant move out so soon due to alot of business travel. Do i have the right to claim compensation from owner for premature termination?

Perodua Viva aircond leaking gas

Guys, i need some help. My sisters viva is leaking gas. Been to two aircond expert and they could not pinpoint the location of the leak

Heres what was done

- the compressor,piping, condensers and drier unit was submerged into water tank for 6 hours and found no leak

- the hot return hose from compressor has ben changed and system gas topup back to normal. Only lasted for a week

- previous gas leaking problem was due to the cooling coil inside cabin. This was changed with brand new sanden unit.

- only expansion valve was not changed.

- aircond man keep on suspecting the leak came from cooling coil but i am quite sure it is not the culprit as there is no bad leaking freon gas smell. The last time when the coil was leaking, can smell the freon gas.

Survey on value added service for LRT/MRT users

I am doing a survey for my group project which involves providing value added services for MRT/LRT users. It is a short 10 question online survey (< 5 minutes) and we are looking for around 50-100 respondent as our initial sample size.

Target Audience: Frequent LRT/MRT or public transport users

We are giving out a few RM5 KFC Vouchers to selected respondent with the best response. If we achieved our target, we would consider giving out more vouchers.

Problem Statement

With the rising cost of living nowadays, many Malaysian household had to resort to drastic cost cutting measures. This includes switching from commuting by car to work to using public transport (LRT/MRT). Many people have to give up the luxury of sitting in the comfort of their own car. With close to 255,000 users daily on the Kelana Jaya LRT line, finding a seat especially during morning and evening rush hour is very hard.

Some of the disadvantage of LRT/MRT as opposed to own car are:

- Crowded LRT/MRT during morning/evening rush hour
- Limited seat (first come first serve)
- Uncomfortable hard plastic seat
- No added facillities (like charging port, free wifi)

Hi all, anyone with experience converting their Perodua Viva 660 manual to automatic please share your workshop contact details. I hope I would be able to get some feedback from people who have already done the conversion.

Currrently found one halfcut shop in klang that can do it. Plug and play and would cost RM1900 including labour. He say the auto gearbox comes from the daihatsu mira L250 EF-VE 660cc automatic which has the same engine as the viva.

This dealer tampered the car original mileage. I remember this exact car K*Q 2628 because I viewed it with my cousin 2 months ago. The original mileage was above 200,000 km and the dealer advertised the car as having a mileage of 80,000 km.

Loan sharks targeting wrong house

I need some opinions from you guys and girls over here. My family owns a 2 storey terrace house in Perak and has been renting it out to this old man and his wife for over 10 years. We bought it over from them in 1999.

This old man ran off in the middle of the night somewhere in mid-november last year and leave behind his furniture and still owing us 2 months unpaid rents. My parents got a rude shock when they visited the property to find it splattered with red paints.

Somehow, this f***er old man borrow from loan shark using an old copy of the house grant and now we are being targeted. My dad tried painting the house but the loan sharks always come back and splatter new paint on it.

Things we have done

1. Police report
2. Leaving the house empty for almost 3 months
3. Notifying the local state MP in the area

However, the loan sharks are still adamant in reclaiming the money but we didnt borrow from them, how is that fair to us.

Please give me some opinion and advice if you have experience in handling this matter as its really stressing my parents out.
