Road hoggers on fast lane

I was traveling on Karak towards KL just now. There is a 4WD pickup kinda hogging the fast lane at abt 100-110. He turned on the hazard light after I signal light and flash him. I slow down thought got police or speedtrap in front. However this pickup truck slowly pull away with no intention to brake.

I was like WTF? he toying with me? So I just down 1 gear and overtake him on middle lane. And this dumbo keeps left as i overtake him, forcing me to eat into abit of the left lane.

If get into accident, who to blame on this kind of scenario? Will you overtake from mid lane or honk him until he moves aside ?

A splash of black oil on inner part of rim.

found out that there was a splash of black oil on the inner part of my rim this evening during washing. Is it due to oil leakage?

can someone explain to me what's the difference? how they work?

which gives more benefits to the users?

suppose that i buy an item from outlet that do debit card, i just need to hand them the debit card ?
what's next ? need not to sign anything ?

as I stated, Im new to the investment field.

can I know the overall risk of each investment, in laymans terms, in ascending order?
eg: FD => stock => forex

currently, im able to take out up to 5k in lump sum to invest.(was planning to buy a car but everything's change after the hike).

what would you guys recommend? is it safe to enter the market now?

btw, is unit trust = mutual fund?

o ya.. im not ready to enter something more advanced, such as forex. i dun wanna see a NEGATIVE value on my account.

slow bt speed

guys, my speed suddenly dropped from 90+ to 10+. Im sure that all the files that i downloaded are healthy.

modem: riger (from tmnet)
windows: xp
bt : bitcomet ver1.01

i do manual connection.
no wireless at home.
i did not touch the router page.(for months)
made a complain, tm insists that the line is up and working fine.

any idea how to fix this ?
