Elbow Capsule Release

hey guys, i got bad news from my doctor today. He said it is unlikely my elbow's range of motion is unlikely to extend any more and he suggest that I undergo Elbow Capsule Release surgery.

so, has anyone here experienced the said surgery?

Can't install windows update

Basically I've done a error-check aka disk scan on my c drive on safe mode last night, I woke up this morning and I have some updates for Windows. one in particular couldn't be installed, "KB2729450". Any suggestions on what can I do to update it? Cause apparently Catalyst Control Centre has crashed and I think it has something to do with the said windows update.

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/de...s.aspx?id=35692 it is the 14mb version that Windows Update wanted to install for me. I tried manually downloading it and installing but a fatal error has occured.

Hi guys, firstly I'm very noob at pc hardware, just found out about bottlenecking today, that's how new I am to this.

Basically my rig is;

CPU = AMD Athlon II X3 435
Motherboard = Asus M4A77TD Pro
4 Gig RAM
Graphic Card = Radeon HD 5670; 512MB GDDR5.

My budget is about 1k. I plan to keep the CPU and Motherboard but I'm open to suggestions. I use this pc mainly for gaming, Guild Wars 2, primary aim is to play World v World without lag and secondary aim is decent/high graphic settings.

p.s. Initially I plan to upgrade from Windows XP 32-bit to Windows 8 64-bit to slap more RAM.

Can I still use my motorcycle helmet?

Hey guys, I was out playing futsal, i placed my full-face helmet with gloves inside, in the court (don't want to leave it outside, scared people steal) and I placed a big bag in front of it and the helmet was resting against the net, thinking that it will be sufficient to protect it. But my friend, he kicked the ball, quite hard, hit the top part of the helmet (oh my luck) and it bounced off the helmet. No cracks or visible damage, can I still use it? Would the inner liner be compromised?

CLP vs BPTC/BVC

How was your experience with the CLP or BPTC (formerly known as BVC)? What is the Pros and Cons of the two? I know the BPTC costs heck a lot more and the CLP is damn hard as I have friends resitting for the 3rd time (maybe they aren't smart?) any other comment about the two is well appreciated.

Kawasaki Kips engine feels weird

The Kawasaki Kips I am riding, latest model 150cc 2 stroke, the engine does not feel and sound the same anymore ever since I went up to Bukit Tinggi. On the trip to Bukit Tinggi, I revved about 7-9k RPM on highway, up hill on Bukit Tinggi I revved it to about 8k RPM until the 2T light started blinking, I maintained it at low Revs about 4 thousand til the top, went down at low gears, roughly 6k RPM then went to the nearest petrol station to refill the 2T oil. It felt normal so far.

I then bought a 0.5L Petronas Fully Synthetic 2T oil, open the 2T container, the old 2T oil was dark brown, I then fill up the 2T container, it was almost full, close the thing. I then couldn't start my bike, after awhile I tighten the spark plug, I can start the engine, this time it sounded different, the idle rev was lower, I can tell something is off with it. I then rode back on low revs, sounded very weird and the power was off through out the revs.

I got home, started the bike few hours later, it was back to normal. The next day I rode it, after a few kilometers, the weird feeling and low power came back. What should I do?

My last resort would to go back to Kawasaki, but I would like to learn some DIY things here, did i put too much 2T oil? Was because I was riding with low 2t oil kinda mess things up?

I think this is a very common question in Cupid's Corner, "I like this girl but I have no idea what to do" or any other similar sentences which shares the same issue. So I am here, going to give a rough template of what you should do. your favourite browser and opera mini problem

Secondly when I use opera mini to browse forums, some pop up of this forum is android native, click ok to learn more about tapatalk. I press ok or cancel some error comes out. How do I get over this? How is tapatalk anyway?

from what i know so far is 17 inch rim tyres costs more.

visions and dreams

guys, I have been having a lot of visions and dreams coming true lately since last year, and lately its becoming more frequent, about once every 2 weeks already. Normally i would have a dream, and somewhere later in the future I will experience it, no intention was present or effort was made to make it come true, it just happen, and I always feel something like dejavu.

normally its about the future, like me attending functions and dates or doing stuff, heck yesterday I remembered reading a novel which i swore i never read before. The same exact words and expressions felt so familiar, word per word, but of course only 2 pages.

a few nights ago i dreamt that something happened to a close friend of mine, and in the end of the dream a date popped up, a date, month and year, i asked her about it, she said something did happen at that time but we haven't discuss about it yet as i prefer to ask her face to face the next time i see her.

what does these mean? should i be concern about it? should dreams and visions sometimes be taken seriously? I am predicting things here... I am seeing things

ok long story to super short, I asked her out on a date directly, she said she will think about it. The next day she said that she thinks its better if we remain as friends, and asked whether am i cool with it. I said ya... and no, i don't know why she said so and I forgot to ask the reason. questions/problems:-

1. Why must she take a day to think about it? If she is like sure that she wants us to remain as friends wouldn't she just say it on the spot?
2. She does not really know who I am, I portray to be like some party sarcastic, sometimes mean and well, definately not bf material which in truth i am different, complicated situation, but basicly i am really not that. i plan to show her that side at the date, could that be the reason why she said no?
3. Any way to save this? or just leave it as friends...
