Housing Loan: PBB or OCBC

I am buying a house with my partner. Now we are in dilemma which bank housing loan should we take. All sifu please share us your kind advice.

The house is RM400k. We can get 90% loan from both Public Bank and OCBC.

PBB offering BLR -2.3% and must take MRTA lowest RM1400.

OCBC offering BLR -2.35%, no force MRTA.

From the comparison of course OCBC offer is better, but we are worried because OCBC is not as popular and good reputation as PBB.
Both of us have saving accounts in PBB, OCBC is very new to us.
We did some research online, both banks also received some complaints about this and that.

So which should we choose??
