My friends' uncle (Mike Cheng) will be having a bypass operation on 16th August (tuesday) in the morning 8am,

requires 6-8 people to donate O+ blood.

Venue: Subang Jaya Medical Centre

To screen for suitability, screening time is this friday (12th August 8:30am-5:30pm), saturday (13th August 8:30am - 2:30pm), and monday (15th 8:30am - 12pm

Note: donors are those not on med for high blood pressure/diabetes etc. do not consume alcohol on night before donation.

You may get your parking ticket stamped at the reception for free parking. Time-slip of 4 hours will be given to those who are working.

Please spread around especially if you know someone who is O+ in KL/Selangor.

HELP on SERVQUAL data analysis using SPSS

I'm in a hurry to complete my dissertation and looking for someone to aid me in thesis chapter 4 - The Findings part.

I only want someone to advise me on how to calculate and what to generate/compute in analysis, how to generate the calculations for findings part.

My thesis measurement is based on questionnaire SERVQUAL intrument 5 dimensions (19 items aka attributions/questions into 5 factors)using 7-point-scale for BOTH Perception and expectation which means my participants had answer twice of the 19 questions consistently with different perspective.

My research objective concerning the following:
1. Find out the perceptive of customers towards a cyber cafe (a local one) H0 satisfied H0-1 not satisfied
2. The expectations of the customers towards the cc H1 don't expect more , H1-1 high expectations
3. the gap (differences) between perceptive and expectation H2 Positive score in perceptive H2-1 Negative score i.e. higher expectations

I already have the results and sorted 79 usable questionnaire/total of the participants for the data analysis but I'm stuck at how to calculate to compare with my hypothesis.

My questions are as follows:
1. How do explain my hypothesis (the 3 research objectives above) as in stat formula, how to know if reject or accept?

2. i would like to know besides, frequencies, what other analysis should be in concern of. My main findings focus on:
a. Perceptions of - i. three different counters in the cyber cafe (total 3 counters-which i already put in as a variable) dimensionally(each factor) ii. overall/total perception scores for each dimension (factor)
b. Expectations of - i. three different counters in the cyber cafe (total 3 counters-which i already put in as a variable) dimensionally(each factor) ii. overall/total customer expectation scores for each dimension (factor)
c. Difference between perceptions and expectations overall/total scores.

3. step-by-step to compute the analysis, which data to select

4. how to sum up the the questionnaire questions into specific factor i.e. dimensions <--if its factor analysis, is it using Varimax? because mine are fix factors not random rotate to choose the extraction into random factors so i dunno how to compute into that. or using Recode, i'm confused

5. anything else i should be aware of?

If you are familiar with SPSS software especially 16.0 version and Statistics it would be great to have you guiding me. I'm not asking you to complete the chapter for me but if you seek for a little fee for helping i'm ok with it provided its not too high, i'm not well-paid currently.
