Do you think now it a good time to buy new property in Penang island? If it is. What are the things that need to ask and consider from the developer?
It seems like buying new launch property it more worth it because discount given, stamp, legal fees waived & only start your loan payment when you receive your house key. What are you guys think between a subsale and buying new property?

One of the car dealer used to tell me that a semi synthetic oil can last for 8000km above at least?Is it truth? How about the oil filter, it can last 8k as well? Assuming I am driving a Vios or City in a regular city drive and not a frequent highway man.

HI Everyone,
As you know Penang property has been booming like nobody business in the past few years or in other word price of the property has gone up hugely. If you want to look at the positive side it shows ppls or the investor are confident towards Penang economy but every Penangites know that the price had gone up virally and they need to folk up more Bank loan. There is some economist saying there is a risk of Penang properties approching collapse which I really dunno and hope not cause myself own some property in Penang too. I'm just wondering what will be the environment to consumer who had just bought in new under contruction property, rental price & subsales property opportunity if it does collapse?I am really confuse & I am no economist to understand the situation.

Most of the parents would have these concerns what type of milk powder is suitable to the kid, the cost of it & that bring it to the important question of is there significant differences between all these brand of milk powders.
I saw a lot of advertisements from different brand promoting their selling point of they go this and that extra that help the baby to become more ... and so on so forth. So is there any scientific significant proven difference or advantage by taking a more expensive milk powder compare to the cheapest brand of milk powder assuming the baby is tolerance towards all brand of milk powder.

P/S Put aside Mommy breast milk which I know is the best.

files transfer speed compared to iperf speed

Hi Guys,
I am actually doing some speed test.
I am monitoring my network throughput using netperc while doing a normal copy and paste file transfer over a network conncetion and the speed I am getting is not up to my mark from the netperc monitoring output BUT when I am using a Iperf or Jperf to do further diagnosis the throughput is up to the mark. What is the different?Network issue or? Any advise appreciated.

I was wondering if an employer who does not like a female employee and at the same time the female employee is pregnant, the boss can and will find some excuses to sacked the pregnant female employee since she is going off for a 2 months paid maternity leave anyway.

I owned a house and currently paying monthly loan of assume Rm600.00 , still 18 years to go. Completed 48months of monthly payment.
I would like to get a bigger house, how would I start the calculation and best way to go with? I would like to maintain monthly payment of Rm600.00 and I have extra cash to dump in for eg RM20k for my new bigger house.
