Pls help me . need to ask help. my computer is restating it self evry 5 sec it will not go to windows. it will restart and restart until i off the main power.

first i have tried installing XP since i am using vista after instalation it jam mouse and keyboard cant work, then still cannot. then i install vista back then same problem its restarting till i pull off the plug.

my rig are as my signature. Pls help help and pls advice... thanks a lot
