just wanna ask a noob question....will staying in high rise condo affect the latency?

i stay at 8th floor, my ping to local server is average 80-95ms. Whereas my parent house is landed property with average ping 20-48ms to KL server.

Is that normal?

sorry if this question has been ask b4 coz i'm really newbie in this kind of stuff and want some quick answer

As per my friend recommendation, i just dl bitcomet program and wanna dl a movie which cost 6GB via torrent. Prob is, the dl speed is around 10kB/s - 15kB/s average which is kinda slow...is this speed normal if i'm currently using 4Mbps package? Is that the speed has been throttle as i heard from my friend told me TM used to throttle all torrent activity..

If there is the case, pls teach me how to bypass/ avoid being throttle speed by TM and at least get my desired dl speed for torrent (pls in simple way )

Sorry again if this question sound stupid to your tech-savvy guys and pls don't flame me as i'm really noob in this kind of stuff

Try out the demo yesterday. I must say that this game rock!! the atmosphere and player movement are so real !!

I know NBA 2K series is well establish franschise but i never try the previous title before

So any expert mind to share some tips or knowledge on how to play the game? this game will release on October and i plan to buy it
