In this case, I am not satisfied that clause 601.212 in Schedule 2 of the Migration
Regulations is satisfied. This clause provides that:

The applicant genuinely intends to visit Australia temporarily:
(a) as a tourist; or
(b) to engage in a business visitor activity.
On 07/08/2024 ,the applicant unsuccessfully lodged an application for a Class UD Electronic
Travel Authority (ETA) (subclass 601) using the Australian ETA app.
The applicant later submitted an online webform with supporting documents requesting
further assessment of the unsuccessful ETA application.
I have considered the evidence submitted in support of the applicant’s circumstances,
financial capacity and commitments in their country of residence. Following due
consideration of this evidence, I am not satisfied the applicant’s personal circumstances are
such that they have sufficient incentive to return to their country of residence at the end of
any stay in Australia.
After considering all the information provided with the application, I am not satisfied the
applicant meets the requirements of clause 601.212(a) or 601.212(b).

Decision
As clause 601.212 is not satisfied, I find the criteria for the grant of Electronic Travel
Authority visa are not satisfied. Therefore, I refuse the application by the applicant for an
Electronic Travel Authority visa.

Hello guys

im just face some issue selling iPhone HK sets before lucky got cleaver ppl buy
the main reason is Malaysian is now crazy over MY sets (super crazy)
as i know iPhone is universal only differ from model the function is all the same
because iPhone is same as normal phone can be used worldwide except the phone is telco lock if free sim
i notice that iPhone have some issue with warranty is you bought new sets (oversea set) can only claimed at the country you bought the iPhone
thats why if i buy oversea sets i buy at big shop like DirectD since they will do all the warranty return without issue
if the phone is second-hands why people still finding MY set? if broken you need to repair everywhere cant be claim warranty also
so regional sets iPhone second-hands have no issue with set right?
if ppl want to buy new one i recommend buy MY set la for warranty issue if second buy any sets la don't bother as long as cheap lo
