Cant install window!

I just bought a new hdd for my old rig.
The Specification are shown as below:
AMD Duron 1.0
384mb sdram
soltex mobo
geforce2 32mb
cdrom
atx casing + PSU

when i insert the window cd to install, after the formatting process, it will show that the setup was unable to read certain file.
AFter changing the cdrom+ different window cd, still the same outcome.
What is wrong with the rig? i think it is quite old.
It is wise to change the whole rig or purchase another mobo to test.

[WTA] Should i refund?

I had sold a nokia 3610 to a forumer yesterday.
The deal went smooth as i gave him time to test the phone and he was satisfied with it.

The senario is this:
HE smsed me just now that the phone cant charge half way.
After further asking him, he told me that the first charge was ok.
But after charging for 4 1/2 hours he cant charge it anymore.
I had been using this phone for the pass 1 month & dont find any difficulty to charge it.
He took the phone to hp shop & they told him that it was either a IC/Charging port faulty which will cost rm45-rm60. (the phone just cost rm105)

As u can clearly notice in my page, i don't provide any warranty for the phone as i faced bad experience for buyer who spoil my stuff & claim for personal warranty.

So i offer him that i get him a desktop charger, this is the only solution i can think of.

So what do u guys think? Should i refund or just replace him with a desktop charger?

How to Flush my coolant?

I just found that the current coolant in my car*kelisa is kinda dirty.
Planning to flush the old dirty coolant out.
SO WHAT should i do? i had bought 1 bottle of coolant(my dad said it is enough).
Should i mix with the coolant with water or just purely pour all of it into the cooling system?

[WTA/WTJUDGE] Warranty issue for bluetooth headset

I had sold 1 used motorola hs850 to a forumer.
I got that headset from my friend.
IN my topic i listed, i provide 1 week personla warranty n after that if any problem occured, he shall claim the warranty from mdm directly.
This morning he sms me n said that the mic was broken because the conversation using the headset was not that clear. I think OMG mic broken??
He keep accused me as cheating his money or etc.
Then i sms reply i said anything u just sent it back to mdm n they will fix for u.
BUt he keep want me to refund money.
IN the follwoing sms, he told me that he had "OPEN" the bluetooth headset housing!!!
After that i informed him that he had void the warranty.
Now he keep want me refund and i dont think it is fair for me as i siad i only give 1 week personal n after that he shall claim warranty from mdm.
Futhermore he had coid the warranty.

Guys polease give ur opinoin for what i should do next.
