Details of the complaint :

In 9th Jun of this month, this guy pm me and ask me reserve the unit for him and strongly state he need the unit badly and offer me RM 2200 while he only can COD in 20th of this month. Due to the reason he did not make any deposit for my unit so I just make “half” reserve for him with the condition if got other buyer make highest offer than him then I will consisted to sell the unit to highest offer people.

Since don’t have new buyer offer highest than him during the period I waiting for his COD, so I SMS him on 13th of this month to ask him where the best place to cod on 20th. Since I still in Seremban and no sure which Putra LRT station is suitable for me to cod so I decide to tell him when I back to KL. When I reached KL on Monday which is 15th of this month I call him and ask him where is the best place to cod and in that call I already state that the phone is fully reserve to him.

In 17th of this month, I find out he was interested on other people unit by make a reply in other post to request the buyer to reserve to him LINK so I SMS him to confirm whether still want my unit or not but he reply me yes, he just looking for best price. In 19th I call him to ask him where he wants to cod. He says he is no free in 20th and requires changing to next Wednesday or Thursday which is 24th or 25th of Jun. So I still wait for his cod which very disappointed that when I SMS him in 23th around 12pm, he no reply me until I send another SMS to him at night. Then he finally replies he want change the COD to postage and require me to reduce the price and at the last he cancel the order.

I really unhappy with it because in beginning he already states can offer RM 2.2k and at the last he wan reduce the price, by the way, he no SMS u to inform you that he already no interest on you unit. After make reserve to him, he still make his interest on other people unit. I really do not know what is he thinking, really no responsible as a buyer and really can’t be trustable.

Please beware when he makes any reserve from your unit.
