Civil Engineering or Double Major, Environmental

Hello, I have just completed my first year in monash university here in Sunway, Malaysia. I have just obtained my first year results which are average, 70% (average weighted percentage) and I am still deciding on:

1) Whether to pursue a single civil engineering major OR a double civil + environmental engineering major in Monash Clayton, Melbourne.

2)Whether to transfer to UNSW, Sydney to pursue a double engineering major in civil engineering + architectural.

Firstly I would like to know, which university has a better employment rate, would like to know how environment engineering is like (meaning the how are the units offered like, for example is it towards math, physics, chemistry, a memorizing unit, a logical one --- opinions might be subjective but wouldnt mind hearing everyones opinions) and that's about it.

Hey guys, Im using a Blackberry 8900. Which plan is better? Cant make up my mind as it's both priced at RM68. Is the digi plan http://www.digi.com.my/internet/smartplan/smartplan.html OR the celcom plan http://www.celcom.com.my/celcomexec/blackb...berry_plans.php (getting the Blackberry® Advance (2.5G)) better???

And another quiry, does the celcom plan include unlimited tethering?

I need help on choosing a netbook. Currently the Asus Eeepc 1005HA is on my mind. Is there any other better models out there? Is the Asus 1000HE better? Or is there any other netbooks out there which are newer and better with a resonable price? HELP!
