Primary Skool Children Daily Allowance

But so long never been to any skool, what is the kind of allowance need to give to your children nowadays ?

Skool in KL centre, sure canteen also more expensive.

Need to cover Piping at Condo

Just a small pipe about 1 feet on top of the kitchen, anyone can share how can DIY to cover the pipe ? What material can be used ?

I know many cover with plaster ceiling, but I am not doing plaster ceiling due to budget constraint.

Credit Card Fraud ?

Last Saturday, I went to petrol station nearby Furniture World Sri Petaling to pump petrol. Just used my 2nd car to deliver some tiles, I did not use this car for few months already, so I just want to refill RM20. I still remember I stop at RM20.02, I went to buy drink and left my car at the refilling place since there are many empty spaces that time.

Today I check my credit card online, the transaction become RM38.03 now. Come back home check the receipt, it is RM38.03 oso. WTF, how can this happen ?

Of course no drill la, every week oso refill takkan take the picture everytime.

So can still report to bank ar?

Robbery at Wah Chan Batu Caves today

Armed trio flee with RM1mil in gold and jewellery

KUALA LUMPUR: Three men staged a daring armed robbery and escaped with more than RM1mil worth of gold and jewellery from a goldsmith’s shop at a hypermarket in Batu Caves here.

In broad daylight at 11.28am yesterday, the men, two armed with pistols, rushed into the shop, sending the crowd at the hypermarket helter skel-ter.

In the midst of the chaotic scene, they threatened several salesgirls and customers.

They then ordered the workers at gunpoint to empty the trays of jewellery into a canvas bag.

Gombak OCPD Asst Comm Abdul Rahim Abdullah said the men emptied 11 trays of jewellery before escaping in a Proton Waja.

“The robbers even injured the security guard when they hit him in the head with their gun.

“They also took the security guard’s pump gun with them,” ACP Abdul Rahim added.

He said the robbers did not break the glass showcases or harm any of the salesgirls.

Buying Sub-sale Condo with New Tenants

Recently interested to buy a sub-sale condo for own stay but understand that the property is currently tenanted and the tenants just started 2-3 months ago. Would like to know any complication to ask tenant to leave, agents told me there is no problem but would like to know if that is true. Any sifu at LYN can share? TQ TQ!

Widuri Impian Condo vs Amadesa Resort Condo

Saw both the high rise building but couldn't find any information in LYN. It seem that alot of units selling below RM300k at Widuri ? Anyone existing or previous owner or tenant care to share? I am from KL but never venture to that area-Desa Petaling at all my whole life. Yes, definitely will venture to that area but would like some information before that. Thank you.

RM300k condo around Puchong Area

Had been searching for a condo for own stay with my small family around puchong area and shortlisted the following :-

Koi Legian Condo - around RM280k and still going up for 1,000++ sq feet leasehold condo. Low Density but no public transport.

Desa Idaman Condo - around RM300k for 1,000 sq feet, very deep inside Puchong area.

Avilla Apartment - More than RM300k and not many seller also, heard problem with car theft and security.

Impian Height Puchong Jaya - 10 years ++, freehold and around RM300k.

Can't wait for X2 or Wharf as would like to move in by next year. Right now still thinking about Koi Legian

Personally prefer Puchong Jaya or Kinrara area, but since limited budget, will consider other area if anyone can share some positive feedback for their condo. I believe I had read all the puchong condos topic available in lowyatnet and talk to some of the LYN members as well, just undecided which one to choose.

Appreciate some sharing from Puchong Experts.
