Creating storage point for 2 separate networks

Hi

Just wanna ask if it's possible to create a common storage point for 2 separate networks, but the 2 separate networks must not be able to access each other, only that storage point. This is for security reasons.

Scenario is like this, there are 2 separate networks for 2 different companies (Company A & Company B). I want to create a folder or virtual drive that anyone from these 2 networks can access (read & write), but Company A cannot access the network on Company B and vice versa. This common folder is expected to be relatively small (<1TB) and have limited traffic (maybe 2 or 3 concurrent users), so maybe a simple NAS would do.

The setup for these 2 networks is your typical small office:
- PCs running Win XP & Vista (10-20 PCs each network)
- 3com 2924 manageable Layer 2 switch
- separate internet modem/router for each network
- No server-based applications, just simple file sharing.

Thanks!!!
