First time buyer, needed help

Hi,everyone. I would like to book for Taman Damai Impian2@Cheras. The Unit Selling price is RM310K after diskaun 10% from developer. The project completion target is 2010.

I would like to know:

How the procedure go?
1 - Should I place deposit first or look for loan first? I'm not confident with my credit record.
2 - Do I start getting loan after completion or after i placed deposit?
3 - Will I be able to sell the property before it's complete?

I'm a thorough newbie here. I never buy property before.. hope can get as much help as possible. Thank you all in advance.
