How Do I sync Images folders into galaxy note 10.1

Hi All

I used to use an Ipad and used Itunes to sync photos arranged neatly in various folders. I copy whatever Hi-res images to the sync folder. When ipad syncs it optimally resizes the images as well. So it does not take up much space in the tablet.

I have sinced bought a Galaxy Note 10.1 and I have problems doing the above. Using the Samsung Kies to sync, It automatically resizes the images as well but it goes to one big folder with all 8000plus images and ALL jumbled up instead of neatly arranging them into the various folders I have done.

I asked around and googled alot says Kies dont do it ie arranging it into folders like original. I need the resize because my total hi-res size is 55GBs which I cannot drag and drop coz memory only 16GB. Some recommended using 3rd party sync software.

I wonder if anyone here encountered this problem and what they did to rectify it?
