            <title>Do i need the dbkl permit for internal renovation?</title>

            <description>Hi all sifus,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It was a interior designer from this forum told me it was no required dbkl approval for internal renovation, as long it was not &amp;quot;touching&amp;quot; extention will do.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My renovation included hacks a wall to become open kitchen, tiles, and toilet only.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, my friend told me he was kena summon from mpaj from the same kind renovation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was wondering what should i do if my renovation has started? Or different guideline from mpaj and dbkl?</description>

            <description>Hi all bankers (pfc or rm),&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;mind to share the different banks&amp;#39; commission calculation formula?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let me share 1st...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;OCBC&lt;br /&gt;OCBC calculated from the revenue you get&lt;br /&gt;Wealth product : Premium x 18.33% (depends on diff product) = revenue&lt;br /&gt;Personal Loan : Loan amount x 10% = revenue&lt;br /&gt;Housing Loan : Loan amount x 1% = revenue&lt;br /&gt;UT : Amount x 100% = revenue&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Commision = [ Total revenue - salary header (RM3800 for fresh grad) ] x 6 % (1st tier)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;how about yours??? thx for sharing...</description>

            <description>Hi all, I got 2 offers about personal financial consultant position from CIMB and Alliance&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But for you, which will you choose?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alliance - Permanent&lt;br /&gt;Salary: 2400 - 2500&lt;br /&gt;Commision: 0.4% , full pay every month&lt;br /&gt;Target: very less compare to other banks&lt;br /&gt;Product: No competitive if compare to other banks, means not easy to sell&lt;br /&gt;Environment: Seems not bad&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CIMB - Contract&lt;br /&gt;Salary: 2000 + 250 allowance&lt;br /&gt;Commision: 0.1%, consider low, and 30% of commision will be keep until the year end, means I cant quit in the half way&lt;br /&gt;Target: 1 million&lt;br /&gt;Product: Unknown, but more awareness from the peoples.&lt;br /&gt;Environment: Seems stress~~~</description>
