I'm planing to get a C200 Recon/Used 2010 for CGI or 2009 Kompressor.

I'm Just only worry about the Sudden attack of the Maintenance Such as Light Motor (RM6k) , Battery Prob (RM2k) , Central Lock (RM4k+ )
And Bla Bla Bla...

Any Comment and Idea of this car?

I can get to pay a Extend Warranty for 1 year but it don't cover all.

Please give me confident ? Or crash my this car dream.

Extra Battery add on, useful?

I'm using Nikon D5100 , were try to add on some accessories.
Does the extra battery pack useful? I'm not really a heavy user.
But it looks seriously huge and gorgeous to have a bigger camera. LOL.

Help! My Neck Getting Thicker

I've been workout for my body.
But my body muscle get use to connect with my NECK muscle.
When i take weight, my NECK muscle also stretch up.
So my NECK also getting thicker and thicker.

I saw myself in the mirror.
Eg. When I use my biceps strength, of coz the biceps will come out due to it been stretch.
But my NECK also been stretch up. It can see my neck going thicker after work out.
It means I've used up plenty of NECK muscle. But I couldn't get to control it.

It connected every part of muscle.
I couldn't get to control it even I'm trying to focus on hand.
Neck automatically stretch up.

Haihz.. my neck getting one day bigger than one day.
Really headache.

Workout Routine, Any problem?

My Daily Workout. Mostly daily every week , max rest one day per week.
Is it with prob? Will it cause muscle lost?

Monday
Chest 4 exercises and Triceps 4 exercises

Tuesday
Back 4 exercises and Biceps 4 exercises

Wednesday
Shoulder 4 exercises and Forearms 2 exercises

Thursday
Chest 4 exercises and Triceps 4 exercises

Friday
Back 4 exercises and Biceps 4 exercises

Saturday
Shoulder 4 exercises and Leg 2 exercises

Daily Intake Whey Protein x 2, Around 60g Protein intake Daily.
Most impossible enough time to recover for each muscle.
