<WTA>RA giving issues with tenant

HI Guys,

I just wanna check on something. My uncle has a bungalow he wants to rent out. So far his only getting tenants who wanna start up business. But the problem is, the RA doesnt wanna allow this kinda tenant. Do they have
the rights legally to stop him from renting out to the tenant of his choice?

The initial tenants that wanted to rent were like kindergarden and wellness center and there is heavy inflow of traffic into the area on daily basis and based on that the RA said no and my uncle agreed because he thought it was fair for the residents to have their security concern on too much traffic into the area. But now the new tenants wants to open up a old folks or retirement home where there is literally no traffic or disturbance whatsoever but the RA still said cannot.

So do they actually have any rights on selecting the tenant?

hey guys...i own a hp pavilion dv9739TX notebook runnin on vista...im planin to get logitech's z5300 5.1 speaker system..i heard dat da laptop doesn't support the speaker systems 5.1 system coz it has 3 wires comin out from d system n i only hav 2 headphone jacks on my laptop..dats means i need to get an external sound card to use d 5.1 mode rite??!!..so, i wanna know wat r d sound cards dat i can use n also it has to support dolby digital n dts...thanx guys

hey guys....im actually planin to get a new laptop...kinda interested this laptop (HP Pavilion dv9700 Entertainment Notebook PC series - http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/my/en/ho/WF...5-81136552.html )...has nice specs and looks kinda nice aswell..just wanna know wat u guys think and maybe gimme some recomendations on something better..my budget is around 7k n its to do a lil bit of gaming n graphics work...if u guys can suggest a better lappie for dat price den dat'll be great....thanx
