I'm from Sarawak and would like some recommendations on which Wedding Studio in KL or Penang that can take photos professionally or uniquely, nice range of gowns etc. Our budget is within 3K - 4K. For international photoshoot budget up to 7K (depending on location). Appreciate your help

Hi, I heard Celcom selling iPhone 5S without contract. Can anyone tell me what's the T & C of purchasing iPhone 5S from Celcom? What's the benefit of buying from Celcom instead of Apple.

1) 1 person can buy how many? Must be local or foreigner also can buy?

2) Isit must be existing celcom user?

3) Warranty by Apple or Celcom?

I tried calling Blue Cube but I think they're too busy.

Just a random thought.. What if your partner does a public proposal and everyone's cheering for you and waiting for your "I do".. But you're just not ready for it?? If you say "No" you would dissapoint / embarrass your partner. Seems like no choice eh? * Awkward *

Dear all,

I've never spoken much about my family problem to anyone.. even if I do, they can't help, or don't even care.

See, my parents has 4 kids, and I have one autistic* brother who is studying in a special school right now. And ever since I was a kid I see my parents fighting, my dad shouting at my mum, punching, beating etc.. even my grandparents does the same. So, I've watched my mom crying all these years until finally she fought back and grew very sensitive, emotional and hot temper.

So, when I was still in primary school, my mom moved us out from our grandparent's house to stay at those cheap shophouses. But in the end, my dad came to stay with us.

Ok, that was a long time ago..

After I went to another city to further my studies in college, I separated from my parents. My parents lived separately as well as my dad has another job in another town. After graduating from college, I continued working here in this city, until finally my dad came to this city to work and bought a house together with me. So, right now I'm staying with my dad.

My big sister got married, and went to live with her husband, while my mom was left to live with my younger sister and autistic* brother.

So now the problem is..

everytime I chat with my mom on msn, the topic is always negative..

all I asked is "How is everything?" Then BOOM! All the complains and bad words came out.. (She thought that I knew something was wrong and being sensitive)

At first she was telling me about her fight with my sisters, then suddenly my dad is included into the topic..

So I just quit msn because I can't stand it.

And she was always very emotional especially on special occasions. Eg. Mother's Day, CNY, Birthday, Christmas..

She will be very sensitive if we forgot about her, or she will expect something from us..

She always said that my sister's husband or my boyfriend, doesn't respect her if they don't greet politely etc..

Always expect more money from us because she says that my dad doesn't give enough money every month to support..

Main reason is because my autistic* brother's school fees are damn expensive.. and she is the one taking care and supporting him now..

Sometimes my mom will say that all of us girls treated her like a shit or makes us feel guilty, but sometimes I really can't stand all her naggings and complains.. Sometimes when she is sick, she will say she will die anytime soon and say we never care about her etc etc

Since now that I'm staying with my dad, I seldom face all those kinds of negative energies around.. since my dad has also changed into not so hot temper now, but I've never liked him in the past though..

Sometimes my mom would make me a middle man between my dad and her about their problems, but I don't like it.

So, what would you do if you are on my shoes.. when your mom act like that all the time?

Any girls here who wish to become cabin crew heard of this company before? Reg. fee is RM100, 2 month course fee is RM2300. Course only held on weekends Saturday & Sunday 9am - 5pm. Is it worth?

Hi, I hope you guys can advise me a bit. I've applied for bank loan of 150K from Public Bank. Purchase price of house in S+P is RM160K. Now, after my loan approve, only then I can go to the lawyer rite?

1) What other fees need to prepare besides stamp duty, legal fees, sinking fund, sesco deposit?

2) Stamp duty can apply for 50% exemption if first time owner?

3) For 150K loan / 160K house price, how much estimate for stamp duty and legal fees?

4) How long does it take to settle the stamp duty once the loan approve? Can it be done in few days? (Next year price increase)

5) RM3K enough to settle everything?

Buying Apartment worth 200K

Hello there, this is my first time buying a house.. after all the survey in this forum and going to different banks.. I found out that their rates are similar. I went to alrajhi bank thinking that their rates are lower, but it is still as high as other banks. I need advise on which bank is better to choose from..

FYI, my apartment is still quite new, around 3 - 4 years old, land 56 more years, and I'm buying from another owner. I wish to loan 150K for 25years.. Maybank quote me RM785 per month, Al Rajhi is RM793... I understand that their rate is going up and down every quarter or half year. Last july MayBank quote me RM752, now increase already.

Anyone in this forum working with bank and have promotion at the moment? Please help~

What to do with RM10K

Let's say IF I got RM10,000. What should I do with it? Invest it in Standard Chartered "E-save Fund"? OR put into EPF (8% interest?!).. Please advise me, coz I'm still new in this thing. Btw, I want smth that will enable me to earn + save more $$$. Thanks guyz...

Hello mac users, as a PIC of this event, I totally have not much idea of what activities to include. It is a 3 days session and it will be held at our shopping mall hall. I can only think of something like 'Cat Walk' where we can demonstrate digital lifestyle, Mac Familiarism seminar, Q&A sessions.. what else are there to include? Any suggestions? e.g. competition / lucky draw
