BPN Lulus but no bank acc details

As per title, does anyone have any idea what to do if our BPN lulus but when log in inside there was no bank account details and cant be edited.

I've been doing my taxes and LHDN do have my bank account because that's how i get my tax return

im planning to go this year but don quite know about the place there. usually is there anything to do other than watching the race? stuff like walk around malls, things to see, do etc. Or even if getting driver's autograph if any chance.

PC responds slow and lagging

Hi all PC gurus here,

I have a problem with my PC that i just couldn't figure out what's wrong with it (other than it could be hardware life span expired

all this while u use my pc for gaming and i have no problems with it be it boot time, performance or in any case in general (that was 1 year ago)
Since then i have stopped using my pc for almost a year since i stopped gaming and its only used by my sis to watch youtube, movies and FB thats all.

Now that i switch my pc back on and wanted to use, the boot up is so slow, , longest that my avira timed is 8minutes to boot into my windows. It was only 1min max 1 year ago.

On the desktop, everything is slow and laggy, chrome, MS office, Steam, everything opens slow and laggy to a point it stopped responding, occasionally even task manager stopped responding.

I've tried looking into task manager as a start, but i don see any suspicious .exe running other than the ones i recognized since i owned the pc.
then i tried running virus scan, it scans half way and got so lag it stopped responding at all.

when i finally boot into my game (Dota2), game was laggy, and finally at one point it got BSOD.

After the BSOD things got a lil smoother from my observation but back to its laggy state in a very short while.

That's the background of wat im experiencing so far.
Things ive tried,
Avira Scan (couldnt even complete)
CCleaner (cleaning out rubbish stuff)
Defraggler (cant even defrag, runs way too slow for some reason n stopped responding after a while too)
Cut down a few startup programs but no improvement

From task manager activity, CPU usage not high at all, memory on idle only 30-40%, which make me think its not a virus, malware etc

My PC is about 5years old or a bit more, running on
Intel i5 2550 (or smtg like that)
ASUS GTX 560
Kingston RAM 4GB
1TB HDD (partitioned into 3 segment)
Mobo is a Gigabyte cant recall the model.

I really couldnt figure out wats wrong with it thats making such drastic lags and performance which is not smtg i experienced the last time i use it.

Was hoping some of u might help me figure this out or give me some pointers n diagnostic to try out.

Any gym /k that takes whey protein for supplement their training??

have any tried Nutrabolic's Muscle Fusion whey?? how'd it taste?? I have trust issue with bodybuilding.com's review coz somehow those americunts love super artificially sweet flavors but i prefer if it taste much natural.

I only take chocolate flavours ya
I previously tried Scitech's Warrior Juice blend, it taste awesome(chocolate quite natural) and gives good results too, but quite expensive for a whey casein blend.

Then i moved to BSN's Syntha-6, which taste naturally good too for me and its cheap. It's the one im sticking to these days.

I've tried Muscletech's Phase 8 and Nitro Tech isolates, both taste horrible, the mocha and chocolate taste so artificial i almost puke everytime i drink them. But the angmoh's review to it are 10/10 for taste which baffles me

Now i saw certain outlet giving good promo on Nutrabolic's whey combo with some other supplement which is quite a good deal, but not sure of the taste

So /k, I stumbled across a reasonable deal to fly to Taipei for a short holiday but I have a problem.
This deal is flying from Penang, transit at kl for 10 hours then fly to Taiwan. And back also same. Transit at kl 10hours then fly back Penang.

The thing is, I'm at Ipoh and my gf is in kl. is it possible to get this ticket and jz skip the Penang domestic flight to kl instead?? Means I buy this route but I check in at klia2.

Same goes to return. Can I jz claim the luggage at klia and terus balik rumah?? Rather than fly to Penang and take a bus back Ipoh. Same thing in cost but the time wasted is stupid

Wat u guys think? Is it allowed or not??

guise, what is the optimum output when charging a smart phone??
if we use power bank that can produce a high output when charging will it rosakkan the phone battery??

Soon i will be going to oversea for around half a year to work and travel, and i need recommendation on travel and accident insurance.
which 1 is affordable and cover from 6-9months??

Some credit cards offer complimentary travel & accident insurance as long as i swipe in full for my air ticket but i still quite new to credit cards and i scared got hidden T&C or what not.
