In a meeting with Pertubuhan Kesihatan dan Kebajikan Umum Malaysia (PKKUM) founder Elisha Kor Krishnan yesterday, Zulkifli also expressed his intention to work closely to help the group.

Citing Islamic teachings, he said there was a need to distinguish between men who impersonate as women (Mukhannath bi al-takalluf) and those who are born physically male but possess a female gender identity (Mukhannath min Kalqin).

“According to religious scholar, Imam An-Nawawi, there exist two types of Mukhannaths as mentioned above.

Mukhannath min Kalqin were born male by body but identified their gender as female, and they are not attracted to women.

“Since their identity is inert and not an impersonation, as long as they do not use their identity for immoral purposes, it is not a shame and they are accepted in Islam,” he said.

However, Zulkifli stressed that Islam was clear in opposing those who dressed up as members of the opposite sex to commit immoral acts.

I think this is a very good start, and a huge progress for Moderate and Rational Islam.

I hope in the near future we will further do review on other things such as inter-faith respect, polygamy, consensual intercourse, hijab, etc.

Male drivers go an average of 2.2% faster than female ones, which results in higher pay when miles pay better than time.

But the researchers don't believe men drive faster to make more money. They point out that, even when running an errand or commuting, men are usually more disposed toward flooring it. “We believe we can describe this speed difference across genders primarily as a difference in preferences that happens to have a productive value on Uber rather than a response by male drivers to the incentive to drive faster,” the researchers wrote. “Others have shown that men are more risk tolerant, both in general and when driving in particular.”

Another 36% of the gap is explained by experience. Women drive much fewer hours per week than men do, so they take longer to learn the tricks of the trade – such, as, for example, canceling rides strategically when a driver senses the ride won't be worth it for him or the customer may force him or her to wait longer than usual.

I mean, maybe… this is why in KL, there are a lot more fat/overweight Malay girls, compared to Non-malay girls.

And also because many of them have been taught that healthy/fit body is sexual and sinful. So they whale up.

But the cool Malay girls, who are more likely to drink, even chubby also quite seldom, mostly hot body.

Salesman's car dented due to "snake" attack

Supramaniam said at about 10.45am, one of the horses kicked the Toyota Camry the man was driving.

He said as a result of the attack, the car was damaged and dented in the bonnet.

He said the driver then lodged a report at the Ulu Yam Bharu Police Station after that.

The Hulu Selangor District Council has also been informed of the incident for further action to be taken against the horses' owner.

And not only them, also articles popped out saying the people is being "pakar ekonomi segera" because we complained about the dwindling ringgit.

As if complaining is a bad thing? We complain because we want to make it better, so we can improve. Just like the reason human being have sense of pain so that we can cure it.

Is complaining or criticizing a bad thing? Do they have to get defensive instead of uplifting our morale by acknowledging the people's grief and show effort to improve instead?

And because they're big and heavy, they'll be slow, very slow. There'll be a long long car line queue behind, they try to overtake, and this happen.

I don't understand why they're talking about "Pan-Borneo" highway Sabah-Sarawak, when this narrow road is getting no attention. Oh ya, big part of the road has no street light or any light whatsoever. If one drive at night, with the mist, field of vision is literally 3 or 4 metres ahead. Super dangerous.
