Anyone bot subsale for Dale in Lakefield by YTL? The house will get CF end of this year and there are many units selling even not getting VP. Is it worth for a leasehold cost 800k+ and found that when lauch it cost ard 600k+ and the new phase S/O at ard 900k-1Mil... tktt & tjtt pls comment...

Settlement during lock in Period for Islamic Loan

Hi All taikor & tai jeh,

I took the CIMB islamic loan in year 2009 amt RM221K for a property purchased and the lock in period is 5 years from the first drawdown. Now when i wanna sell the property and i got my Redemption statement come to RM250K. When i contact the CIMB official, they state that the amt is calculated after adding the penalty which sum up to 20K+ due to the loan is still in lock in period. This is ridiculous and I have yet to get the calculation method as the statement only shows the full amt and no breakdown.

Wanna ask if anyone have encounter this problem and anyone knows how is the calculation. Now i will check with the redemption department and sort things out. Will keep you guys posted.

I m looking for new launching or new terrace house 2 storey around cheras or can be extent to kajang/sg long area and budget ard RM450-650K. Is there any recommendation or advise. If subsale, at least the the selling price =< bank value price.....Thanks!!!
