How can i appeal my trafic case to the court?

I just got 2 shit summon which just show in the MyEG Services search record...

Here is the story...
My car using a brighter Halagon light and pass by the trafik block in front of pontian highway...
Everyday the police block there and i just pass by with no problem, i also pass by IPD JB everyday and no problem...

But one day the police stop me and told me i am using BLUE light... LOL...
how can a man drive with a BLUE light on the road? And how can he determine that is a blue light by his eye? It actually more like a white light ...

I just refuse to sign it and ask him give me the summon directly as he said i am using the BLUE light...

That haven't end the story...

Later 4days... I stop by a police again, and this time is reasonable, okay, said my light is too bright,
maybe my light is really too bright, so i went to pupaskom to test out my light...
But the puspakom skudai and desa cermelang said they dun have the equipment to test my light, and ask me go KL to test...
And they also told me that if a police told me my light is illegel, the police shall show the mechine test proof, or i can don't sign the summon...

Then here is the summon

same light got 2 kind of summon ??? what the reason???
if you said my light is other than white light, okay, i admit i shall pay...
but what the fxxk with the STRUCTURE/ACCESSORY MODIFICATION ? All my car is OEM...

So, anybody can teach me how to appeal my trafic case to the court? I already passed the date which stated on the summon because i think the summon is false and the police just want to get some $$....
