1. The games i sell are all used, otherwise i will state if it is new. (same apples to DLC, online code, in game content etc)
2. The games price is fixed, all not including postage fees. Postage to West Malaysia add RM8
3. I do allow negotiations or offers that comes with reasonable price.
3. My location is in Sarawak, so cant COD if you're in West Malaysia. COD only available in Sibu or kuching, Sarawak.
4. I only can do Postage. Postage fee is RM8 for every game, buy 2 or above to gain free postage, doesnt apply to bulky item, EG: collector edition box, figurine etc.
5. The courier service im using is Poslaju. Postage normally takes 1-3 days between east and west Malaysia.
6. I will state the Cover, In game content and discs condition including any scratches, cracks, damages to the Discs, Disc cover etc.
7. I will run the games to make sure if it is working before i send out.
8. Buyer solely bears the posting fees and risk of postage, including any damages or lost during the posting event.
9. Goods sold are not returnable unless i send wrong games to you
10. I will provide you postlaju tracking no once i post out the game.

Help needed in building a gaming pc (SOLVED)

Hi Guys, im looking to build my 1st gaming pc. im suppa noob in IT thinggy, hope to get help from sifus here.

The Gaming pc i planned to assemble is comprised of:

1. CORE i5 2500 1155 3.30 4.8G 6M
2. ASUS P8P67 LE
3. 1TB SAMSUNG 32M 7200 RP
4. CORSAIR PC1333 D3 4GB
5. EVGA GTX460 1GB D5 256BIT
6. COOLER MASTER SILENCE PRO 700M
7. COOLER MASTER HAF 912 ADVANCED EDITION CASING (BOUGHT)

My budget is around :RM2000-3000. (As Low As Possible)
Note:
1. Is it worth to get ASUS P8P67 PRO? For future purpose?
2. Is it worth to buy Performance Ram or just ordinary Ram? Got big difference?
3. i5...i7... which one more worth? Maybe i will Overclock with the help from technician of PC shop.

Please recommend me which parts are better and more value added than the one i mentioned above. I wish to get the specs that are compatible and sustainable at least 2-3years in future IT development. I thank you all in advance.
