PPStream - No Loading At All

I need those internet pundits to help me to resolve this issue.
I'm using BILLION ADSL Router modem from TM which coupled with D-Link DIR300 Wireless Router.
I can't even load to watch drama in PPStream at all.
I'm not sure the root of the problem.
It might be due to Wireless Router configuration or PPStream program setting.

Can you guys please do me a favor to resolve this quandary?
