Its a Great show, and the only show that i watch..

Hi, Im 20 this year, i read somewhere that asian males will stop growing around the age of 21..

I want to know is there any way to increase height ??

Is there any supplements or exercises that could help?
(if there is i prefer supplement)

Im 173cm now, n im desperate to grow taller abit..

help me out here guys..

and if my wieght matters, im 88kgs..

hey guys, i just called the insurance company, i was suppose to get my bike cheque by today but when asked they said i have pending document..
