Dilemma of Choosing the Right Career Path

Hi Guys,

I have a dilemma here on choosing the right career path for me... It has been in my head for quite some time... and i still cant decide... Well here goes...

Here is the Options that i have and the scenario.

1. Career A (High Pay but something i don't like but i have to work to pay for the commitments that i have)
2. Career B (I have 50% interest on what the job does, but gives you slightly lower salary then Career A & this company is owned by my father)
3. Career C (100% on what i love to do, but this company is totally a stranger to me and it gives a lower salary then A & B)

Currently I am working at Career A... Not that happy... Using Body Strength and not my Brain... An executor... but it does gives you good pay... You are 100% monitored, and is treated as a general worker (e.g Like a Cleaner) Must do what they say... No leniency or whatsoever... Working Shift hours (10 Hours) and with no fix off, it changes with a roster. Distance is quite far and every morning i need to rush...

Career B... Give me more space to breath... I am in the management Team... Its near, not much to complain but the only issue is outstation... The company is owned by my father and most likely in the future I will continue his legacy to take over the company once I am ready. But for now I have to start from below and work my way up while he is still alive to guide me. (He and his friend is willing to guide and teach me everything) Salary is lower then Career A... Around RM500-600 lower...

Career C... I do not know how the working environment yet as i have never worked there before, Give you a salary lower then A & B... But is something what you love to do. I have done something similar as this Career C and it has ended me writing this Thread as there are risk... Company close down, market fluctuate and instability of the product marketed. If it hits it hit damn high... if it doesn't... well you are screwed... Time to find a new Job... Unless you are way up there and have some amount of shares.

So... Now I do not know which to pursue as I am old early 30's... Married with 2 kids... But I am now leaning more towards Career B... Its a bit out of my Comfort Zone... Career A & C is somehow in my comfort zone... Am scared of making the wrong decision as I only have my Working Experience to back me up, lets just say I'm in the Street Smart group.

In the need of advices & support to help me decide.

About Car Loan & Insurance

Got some question....

Can we take a loan with different name and the car registered with different name....???

Situation in question:-

Car Loan Name = Edward

Car Registered To = Bella

Insurance Registered To = Bella

Reason is Bella wants to sell her current car and the insurance NCD she want to transfer to the new car...BUT the car loan is under Edward's name....If she do not use the current insurance with the 40% NCD....Edward have to pay the full sum of insurance....and bella 40% NCD will be burnt....

So is it possible?

Iz understand my question?
