Hi!

I'm planning to buy a condo at Seri Maya. Given the current situation with the PR1MA scheme, inflation for the entire world etc, will the price of property such as Seri Maya drop? There were news published that property might drop 8-10% next year. So I'm still thinking should I buy now or wait until next year. These things are very hard to predict seeing the price of properties have shot up so much in the past years.

Really need opinions on this. Thank you in advance!
