Fuzzy neighbour (my house under renovation)

hello guys.. just want to get some advice here..
my house is undergoing major renovation since mid Dec 2013, now almost 2months.
one side neighbour is X family, and another side is Y family.
Y neighbour they have been very understandable, and i spoke to them personally i say sorry for all the inconvenience, pls be patient.

but on the side, the X family has been complaining to my contractor a-z since day 1 (from noise, cement marks on the walls, ceiling broken, rain water leak)
i wanted to speak to them nicely, to apologize and give assurity that my contractor will repair all damages caused by my renovation, but they dont want to see my face also..just buat tak tahu.
as of now, my contractor agreed to paint his wall, lay new grass onto his backyard, blah blah)
i personally understand the pain they are going thru, non stop noise, dust on his car) but what can I do to avoid certain small damanges.
we already put big canvas on both sides to block dust going into their house.

cement marks - because we were using crane to pour concrete cements, there were many cements drops had fallend onto their wall - for that we will paint his wall..

i dont want to hide our mistakes, yes it is caused by my renovation, and i will make sure my contractor repair it.
many times my contractors said sorry to this X neighbour..but problem is everyday they will come to in front my house, and shout loud.
i am matured guy, i dont like people come and bising2, I have a limit too to hear all this bising2.

today what happened, was, one of their car porch ceiling had broken accidentally, my contractor already bought one replacement piece.
when this X lady came out from her house, she saw the damage, and bising2 like hell. my contractor said sorry, yes it is mistake, we want to fix it now..
but she keep bising2...they are not cooperative in my opinion.

how to deal with this kind of neighbour? i cannot stop my renovation, this is my dream house.
I also have bad feeling because later when we move in, we will not have good relationship with them already... my parents are a bit sad.

issue with loan

i might be duplicating this topic (sorry for that)

dear frens, i wanted to buy a house price at rm330k,but now the bank can only approved rm310k (bank checked with a few valuers and this is the best they can give) so, in this situation, i need to topup extra rm20k + 10% Down-payment... i asked the bank officer if there are any other ways?? she suggested me to do my own valuation report (she can recommend a valuer) and of course i have to pay for it cost around rm600 for tht... question: will it be helpful in my case? what i want is to push the value to 330k.. because i have been looking for a house around this area and this is the best i got in the last 3mths.. some had bought for rm365k (same type just 1 street away) but i was a bit surprised mine was priced at 310k... any suggestion mate?? thanks in advance
