the toy poodle was smashed and even thrown from higher place just for trying to please the darn owner..

I really hope something can be done here...it is so sad....the brutal owner does not deserve to own a furkid at all because he does not even know a proper way to train a furkid (positive enforcement is the key)...I bet the poor toy poodle did not know for what he got punished and harassed...I am really wish the toy poodle can be brought out from his current home or should I call it HELL??!
