Hey there, anyone heard of a new investment named "NV Ultimate Investment Opportunity - Double Return Plan" - by Nirvana Tang Villa (bereavement service providers)

They claim the investment plan being "100% Zero Risk, Double Return Plan"

I heard from a banker that for corporate overdraft facility, commitment fee for unused balances is compulsory in Malaysia. Is that true?

I was using wordpress.com for 2 months and have recently converted to self-hosted wordpress.org. I still have more traffic to my workpress.com blog instead of my new self-hosted blog. Is there anyway that I can diver tthe traffic, like blog mapping, etc

Is there anyway that even when others are typing my wordpress.com blog will be automatically diverted to my new self-hosted blog?

Share with us, what steps you take to create your wealth?

Ok, let start with myself:-

1. Earned hard and earned well
2. Save up the spare
3. Invest in share to build up the capital. - shorter term investment, good liquidity
4. partial put in UT to preseve the value (safety net) - long term investment - good liquidity
5. When the capital build up to the certain lever, go into property investment - long term investment -liquidity can be an issue, hence I need to ensure I have the cash flow to sustain before venture in property investment

So what's yours?

I am having some trouble with my Indonesian maid (i know i know..what is new?)

Now I am considering having a vietnamese maid instead. They are slightly more expensive, but I heard some good comments on them

I would like to seek your opinion, especially from those whom is having a vietnamese maid.

I am from Ipoh, is there any good maid agent that can introduce to me??

I am trying to learn how to manage the emails by setting up auto email. I know mail merge can do the job, but I am looking for something more presentable with better template.

So far I have seen I-Contact and Aweber, is there anymore software I can try?

How to bring in $$ to Malaysia the cheapest way

I have a friend works in China. He wanted to bring some of his $$ back to Malaysia but do not want to be exposed to bank commission and relatively lower foreign exchange rate in China. So TT is out of the question. Again, he can't really bring in cash either. From what I understand from him, the maximun amount he could hand carry back is only limited to RMB 20k.

Any good suggestion out there??
