It's very strange that I can't see dynamic result anymore of my php page while pressing the F5. For example, increment won't work anymore after refreshing the page but work a few days back. I'm using xampp for local testing. So, what kind of problem is this?

By right this would give me an increment on every refresh but it seems like it's giving me the same result again and again

On creating a Java desktop app

I'm still a student learning Java and was wondering if there are any books/sites out there that teaches newbies like me on how to create a desktop application? On Java, Of course. Or if there're any coders here can give me some pointers? Because I wanted to create a desktop app that help can me store my anime listings. Just a side project

I'm not sure you guys got witness this kind of problem but here goes. When you edit something on your wordpress site [online] not locally hosted of your theme. Then, after finished editing you wanted to test it out and see how does it would look it but instead you get your old unchanged layout but the new one is not showing yet. Why?

Does the server propagation got anything to do with it?

Maid Cafe in MY?

Hello, I think this will the right place to ask my questions.

What do you guys think about opening a maid cafe in Malaysia that comes with a modern interior architecture like the styles employed by The OldTown White Coffee? There'll be an online system for reservation and instant menu booking before you arrive to the selected store all handled with an IS. It will serve local food + the usual maid cafe special (omelette's rice with red sauce on top? ) These maid cafe will also be selling some anime goods and manga in a section of the store to provide customer with easy access with the latest from Japan. How about free Wifi? Digital coupon that you can only get with your iPhone? The most important of all are the cute maids that will be serving you.

Truth to be told, I have not think it over yet for my business assignment with all the technicality and is searching for more data on how many will actually visit the cafe and what can be improved from my sketchy layout above. Another thing is which location will be the most strategic places for the shop? Time Square? Pavilion? The Curve? One Utama? Then what region have the highest otakus population?

I'm sure that a lots of young adult would like to hang out in such place. What do you guys think? Any opinions? Suggestion?

Extending desktop monitor to laptop help

My desktop computer can detect my laptop monitor and the option for extending is selected but somehow I can't see any changes in my laptop (it's still not extended) because I still can see my laptop desktop running. Btw, it is plugged via a VGA port from my desktop computer graphic card that comes with a DVI & a VGA port (ATI Radeon HD 4670) to my laptop (ATI Radeon HD3200). What is the problem? I want to extend my monitors so badly till it suck up my valuable time

I felt disturbed when I was thinking about my financial part of my tier studies. I'm in a middle class family and I won't say that I'm rich but financial are kinda tight these days. Should I apply for PTPTN? or is there any scholarship I can apply for? maybe loans?

Although, I have apply for Internet tech in TARC but still not sure whether is it right for me or not. The counselor said that I can change before the course start so I still have some more time to think about it. Somehow, along the way I still felt unsecured of my decision and afraid I may have made a mistake in deciding. If there's is more funds I will consider other uni & college. I'm kinda at the midst of twilight right now and wondering what's the next steps is

I'm planning to further study in UCTI/APIIT for their Internet Technology course but kinda uncertainly due to some bad comments I came across on this forum. Some says that the University have been degraded and I'm still seeking clarification for it. Concerning about Top Up Degree in UK

After some digging around within this forum I can't find that if Ptptn loan will cover the 3 months top up degree in the UK. Can anyone shed some light on this matter? If ptptn is not able I heard about Kojadi loan.. can I apply for it? Is the maximum loan really 16k only for art(I'm taking business studies)?

Sorry, another question The total overall for the top up degree is RM 30,000 but if converted into pound it will be like 5,400 GBP. Will it be enough since it said that it include tuition fees, accommodation, airfare and living expenses.

I'm a student at the age of 18 who are finding a way to spend online so I come about that debit card able me to purchase almost anything online without the use of a credit card. If anyone is generous enough can you list down what's the advantages and disadvantages of Public Bank visa electron debit card and Maybank Visa debit card. After doing some research I have come upon 2 choices that I will need to make but not sure which one. One is Godaddy.com & another is hostgator.com. Are there any user here host their blog and website on either of them? Which is better in your own opinion.
