preferably costs around RM30-50 per person. jungle or bunker acceptable.

i have a compaq presario v3000. i bought it about a year ago in lyp.
before hand, my laptop didnt cause me any problem at all. it just heated up, and then i kind a blow at the fan and heatsink to remove all the dust that causes the heating.

until a month ago.
while i was using it, it suddenly shut down. i tried to restart it. but it wont turn on.
all the lights are on but the display wasnt on. usually the fan will spin when the laptop is running, but this time it just spinned for a moment then it stop spinning. thats all. no display nothing. just the blue lights of the on/off button and volume control.

please i really need some help from experts here.
any solution to my problem would very2 helpful and appreciated.
