car rpm unstable

hi all sifu,
as per the title, I am driving a old wira 99'. all was good before 2days back when i service my car which is change engine oil,spark plugs and air filter. no mod done and all spare parts are original. the problem only arise when the car is in idle. eg. i am stuck in jam, i see the rpm "dancing" always nearing to 0 and jump back to 1+.. after some time the car dies unless i accelerate.. any possible causes? your advise and comment are very much appreciated .

as topic i'm looking to buy a mid-range mobo around rm650 for i5 platform...but i'm so confius which 1 to choose...
if u ask me for wat purpose i'm looking to oc[above 4ghz if can] and gaming....i have three mobo for my budjet which is

1.msi gd65
2.asus p557d pro
3.giga ud4p

i'm also looking for good[not so say high-end] in sound and better cooling enviroment...i already see reviews[not many available though] for all the mobo above...imo all is kinda same...wit little different here n there..can you guys help me... i'm so confius and having whenever i think of which mobo i should take...

hi as the topic i'm looking to buy a printer something good,cheap and refill also not so expensive for student usage....
something dat can print fast....not like slow[like old printers]...budjet around rm200-300 only.....
