D7000 mirror stain

suddenly this afternoon i realized theres 2 line of stain on my wiewfinder while lokk at my lenses in max apature 1.8.
i try to remove the stain by using cotton buds but after 2-3times of toughing it, it became spreading of like this..

- can i claim for cleaning? [i still have warranty]
- if i cant claim warranty, how much cost $$ to have replacement of reflective mirror
- any option in klang valley they do offer replacement of this mirror and fast service eh?

anyone facing this problem can give opinion / assist~

hi guys, very gud cold nite there...

1question here, i just get called this eve by client regarding her loan.
[Public bank hotline off already, only work during office hour]

i am actually a house designer.
i need to get a seal or initial to give instruction for bank to release the loan for my client.
this client before with another architect and have issue with her contractor too..
but after a year she decide to continue her house project and find me.
this is my 1st time do this job..

question;

normally what are the things [procedure] do they [public bank] apply every time
they want to give certain amount of loan to their client??

maybe some report or site visit by me as the one who will give an initial..
or
do some checking / site visit / picture to prove to them that the project is real and running in order.
or
anything else........pls tell me the procedure =]

as i understood, bank didnt give a bulk of money to whoever that loan from them.
there must be some stage..maybe 30%, 30%,40%...

but i need to know early maybe tonight about it to make a decision.TYVM

if i afford to spend 1k monthly for car..

if u guys had 1k to spend for a car, which car did you prefer?

[and of course with 0% downpayment or 10% dpymnt i didnt care]

can u guys share with me which car do offer that range of installment?

my preference is
-B segment
-C segment
-M segment

and most important is a NEW CAR.

where to find "outdoor sandal"

hye guys,

my teva sandal that i bought 10yrs ago now the tapak is koyak already..
i was a kind of using it everywhere either for a walk or outdoor activity.
the prob is, i buy the sport brand of sandal and it just lasting for less than 6month.

so i decide to find one like an outdoor sandal.
tday i try to find it..but couldnt find any outdoor gear shop that sell those sandal.
i go to pertama complex and times square after work but didnt find one..

if u guys ever see any shop that sell this kind of shoe,
can u tell me where is it..?? these are most likely the design of the sandal.
