To all networking xperts & sifus here..

d company i worked for having a Dell Power PowerVault NAS 745N installed with Windows Server 2003 and comes with 2 NICs
1 NIC currently working as Network Attached Storage & the other 1 currently switched off..

my new project will be setting up new FTP server on the same box and enabling the other NIC too

so my questions are..

how Windows Server 2003 behaviour and handle the packets (in & out of FTP and NAS) with 2 NICs?

and is it possible for me 2 control both NICs operating their own tasks? (means 1 NIC will b handling FTP ONLY meanwhile the other NIC will be handling NAS ONLY)
