Hoping to find a doctor that is experienced with bedridden old patient from malaysia willing to give online consultation

I already ask the advice of a local private geriatric (consultation only 10 mins) and follow up from General Hospital (wait too long 4-6 months for follow up). When I visit other General Practitioner for advice, they refer back to this private geriatric as no other options in a small City

I wanted to apply a government assistance and require a new shareholder to join and submit using his name

We agreed for his actual share to be 20% (because we already setup the company and did ground work prior to him joining)

To qualify for the assistance, we plan to make his share to 50% but revert to original agreed 20% after getting it

Would a shareholder agreement be a valid legal option to protect us in this scenario? Something like we transfer 50% to him first, apply, after we successfully hit this milestone, he must revert to his original 20% holding? Or other means like "I owe you" lawyer letter be more effective?

Where did you manage to meet them?

I'm in my thirties and I've worked hard to reach a stable finance. I'm finally interested to settle down with a younger woman in her early 20s.

I plan 2 propose to future wife to become housewife
(edit: housewife here is help to supervise maid focusing more time for family, maybe run a simple part time business if she wants but without needing to work for other people full time)

Places I can think of is start looking at college / university but how do I join their social group in the first place since I'm outsider and older?

Another unconventional idea is to join work for a company just to know interns or fresh graduate but this is more time consuming since my income is not related to this scenario at all
