Hi, Any Professional / lawyer can help me on this question ?

Currently, I have a house/property is under ownership my name & my brother, bank load also...
I want to transfer the ownership to become me and my wife, is consider my brother sold the house to my wife,
here is my question,

1. what kind of procedure need to be done? any easy way plus low cost of transfering ?

2. need lawyer for this? what is the cost ?

3. anything needed to do on bank loan and is over lock period...?

4. We will withdraw from EPF also... what is the procedure ?

Can anyone tell me on this procedure with low cost of transfer fee ....

Hi,

I need to ask about this,

If Person A & Person B apply loan from bank to purchase a house, but the house ownner name is only put person A.

If 1 day, Person B had bankrupt, for this case, does anything effect to this house name under ownner A ?

will bank/gov take any action on this house ?

Any professional or Lawyer can help me ?

Hi Sifu....

I am Internet Explorer content advisor with a list of approved site list.

All web sites not listed in the approved site list to be blocked / require password to access.

My question is,

is there a way to export the registry entry or file that saves this list to?

I would like to deploy the approved site list to all 50 PC at my Office & Branches without

having to retype each approved website in the content advisor approved website list.

Can anyone sifu guide me where I can find this list?
