Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone knows if I would attract the income tax people on the following scenario:

Husband is buying a property at 2.6mil, but bank loan only can get 1.2mil based on his payslip and the documents submitted. So the remaining the husband and wife needs to pay up. And the couple manage to get the balance partially funded from parents and also own savings.

Will the income tax people open a file to investigate?

Restoring from ip7 128gb to ip6 64gb, possible?

Anyone knows if it's possible to "downgrade" the phone from iphone 7 128gb to iphone 6 64gb? The iphone 7 used storage is 51.25gb. When i tried to restore it from backup to my ip6, it gives me an error message of not enough storage.

Can someone enlighten me on this?

Office furniture

My office is going to shift to another place and the boss wanted to buy new furniture for the new office. So I am suppose to get rid of the current furniture in the office. (Table chairs and some cabinets) All of them are still in good condition. If possible I would like to sell them off.

Can I sell them off or any other better way to handle this?

I have received a call from HLA tele-marketing team informing that there is a savings plan (PURE saving, no investment related) and was inform that for a savings of 20K there is a guaranteed return of RM4K in a year. Sounds too good to be true? And the agent insist on arranging a time to meet up to show me the "black n whites" and also the T&C.

Anyone have any idea what is it about?

Factors to consider when taking up bank loan?

I am buying a condo property that will be completed in 3 years time. Am currently scouting out for bank loan. Hv approached few banks but seems like the interest rate is pretty similiar BLR -2.4. So I would like to check with the experienced forumer what are the other factors to consider when taking up bank loan?

FYI, I consider this as an investment unit. So will sell it off if the price is right. Some banker mentioned that by July all the lock in period clause would be void. So do i still need to consider that?

Is there a big difference between conventional loan type Vs Islamic? (I know islamic got a cap on the max interest rate)

Wanted to ask something...

I have just recently purchase an Ipad2 on IOS 5, at the same time, I am an existing 3GS user (version 4.2.1), Can I have 2 itunes account for this 2 devices? Or I should use 1 account to sync both devices?

If I use 1 itunes account to sync both devices, will it crash my 3GS? coz it's not on OS5 yet? Then what happen to all my contacts and smses? it will get all copied to both? How does the rest handling this? Create 2 seperate itunes account? Then what happen during the sync process? Coz at the moment, I sync my 3GS to my laptop. can 1 laptop have 2 itunes?
