Frog ripped open by lawnmover stitched

A tree frog ripped apart by a lawnmower has been stitched back together after undergoing life-saving surgery in Australia.
The unfortunate amphibian was given emergency anaesthetic and operated on by doctors in the Northern Territory.
According to Ark Animal Hospital vet Stephen Cutter the green tree frog had its back sliced open by the mower's blades.
"It was a pretty horrific injury," he told the Northern Territory News.
"It basically took the top layer of the skin off and did some internal injuries."
"But from day one she fought to live. It's very lucky to be alive."
The frog, nicknamed Victoria after Victa lawnmowers, had to be put to sleep before the 30-minute operation.
"Frogs are very delicate and sensitive to chemicals and toxins," Cutter said.
"The obvious one is Dettol - it is good for cleaning human wounds but for a frog or cane toad it kills them.
"So we had to be really careful when using any products on her, especially when cleaning out the wound. Frogs have reasonably loose skin so we just pulled it together and sewed it up." The charity has operated on several frogs, including one that was hit by a car.

Question: What happens when an all-powerful and silly World of Warcraft tester/GM item gets accidentally mailed in-game to a daft player? The answer is of course that Ulduar, the current end-game raid instance, gets one-shotted. That's the story according WoW blog WoWInsider.

The player named Karatechop (a level 80 gnome warrior) and his band of vagabond guildies have been racking up WoW's incredibly hard achievements like nobody's business. The item, called Martin Fury (Use: Kill all enemies in a 30 yard radius. Cheater.) was mistakenly given to Karatechop who used it run riot all over the lands of Azeroth.

A member of The Marvel Family posted on his blog about this event, stating that the entire guild has received bans over this even if they weren't present at any of Karatechop's miracle raids. How long these bans will last, we don't know. We can't ask, either. This event essentially brought the entire population of WoW down on this guy's blog like a nuke. It's down for the count.

The whole thing is essentially wrapped up now, the accounts are banned, the item is gone, but it's certainly a memorable event. It's not often someone gets their hands on one of those.

We'd give this a comedy rating of 11 out of 10. It does however make a mockery of other people's legitimate adventuring. We're wondering if it was an inside job...

Bryn says: I'd bet that even though Karatechop and his guilty accomplices all got struck down by Blizzard's ban-hammer, they actually had a pretty good time doing it. Slapping Ulduar's content around in less than one earth second must have been a rush.

I'm bringing one of my RL friend into the game but he's having problems downloading the patches...
halfway thru the download, he gets the error message on the title then it exits to download.

Anyone know how to solve?
I know he can copy from my installation but he won't be able to download future updates so this will be a problem in the long run.

I've search on wow websites but apparently no one has a definite answer.
Anyone faced this issue before?

Ok, i'll try to keep this short.
There's this foreign worker working in my company as a contract staff.
Just few days ago, he asked for a favor saying he's taking 2 weeks off and
would like to go back to his hometown. There was a promotion with MAS but
he MUST book now thru online. He doesn't have a credit card, he's asking for mine.
I didn't wanna help me initially cos i barely even know him... this is the first time
i'm talking to him and you want me to pay for your ticket and it's not even a small amount.
Close to 2k.

I dunno what got into me and i helped him anyways...
and he was very rude... i wanted him to come over to my pc to do the transaction but
he insisted i did on his... not only that, he was looking at me the entire time when i was keying
my personal info. Upon submitting the form, i realized he had put his email add so all my info would
be sent to him.... he showed me his email and i don't see any personal information (or maybe he didn't show me the real
one, god knows)... and he didn't wanna delete the mail either. So, suspecting something amiss, i called and cancelled my
credit card and asked for a replacement.

yada yada yada, 3 days has passed and now he just ask for a photocopy of my
credit card cos "MAS needs it for verification".... i asked him "seriously ??"... he said "yeah".
This is the first time i've heard of such bullcrap.

am i paranoid or he really is trying to scam?
Either way, i really regret being helpful.... wasted a lot of time just to get a replacement and i don't
even earn a cent from him but now i'm trapped in this dillema.

Can anyone recommend me a Keyboard?

I have 2 requirements...
1. Illuminated keys
2. The F1 keys must be as close to the "1" or "!" keys as possible. (a standard keyboard will usually have this layout).

Please don't recomend G11 or G15 as the F1 keys are wayyy to the right.
I've also looked at razer keyboards but non which match my needs.

Rule of Thumb:
Don't drive a fancier car than your boss.

You just got out of college, been working for awhile now...
Finally able to to purchase that dream car of yours ever since you could remember.
Don't have commitment, still living with parents (our culture). Even if you were to get married,
you'd still be living with ur parents 'cos u hafta take care of em. Unlike most westerners, still
living with ur parents at the age of 18 is considered a shame.

so, back to topic...
You wanna buy a Honda City (example), but your boss drives a waja.
This is understandable cos ur boss is the sole breadwinner in his family of 3 kids.
Wife is a stay at home mom. So you can afford a city, but your boss drives a waja.
Are you destined to buy a wira? Your boss may be rich, maybe he has 2 cars. But
he ldrives waja to work. So question now is, buy city or wira?.... or myvi ?
