Well since this was launched earlier today, i am wondering if it'll ever come to Malaysia despite us having the GSM models since the iPhone 3G, carriers like YES which doesnt utilize sim cards can bring this particular model in. As always there'll be more competitions and package deals which benefit the user. But still all im wiondering is, is YES a CDMA service?

So anyone here actually ran from Form 6? i quit after lower six due to teachers that were MIA most of the time my pengajian Am teacher only made an appearance like 5 times in 6 months. I know that people leave form 6 half way for many reasons but mine was purely due to teacher's whom were not dedicated and also to be honest it was really hard.

Streamyx Relocation Rant

Hi guys, am not sure if this has been discussed before before heres my experience with TM:

16th July 2010 (Friday)
I went to TM Point Kelana Jaya to pay my bills and also requested them to relocate both my phone line and streamyx service to my new place which is opposite my old place, 30 meters away only. They told me it'll take one week for them to complete their task.

23rd July 2010 (Friday)
1 Week passed by and i called the TM hotline and asked them regarding my relocation request, but they were unsure and told me they'll escalate it to their technicians and someone will call me, but as always nobody called me.

26th - 29th July 2010
I kept calling the hotline to check on my request, i made about 10-15 calls, but they said there is some issue on my address as in, it was incomplete, i gave them a piece of my mind by clearly saying i filled all the necessary field, and the mistake was on their part.

30th July 2010 (Friday)
I couldnt wait and went back over to TM Point Kelana Jaya, they told me the new address ports are all full and they gave me an option to terminate or wait another week, i opted to wait.

4th August 2010 (Wednesday)
I got a call from TM HQ stating that they fixed a new port and will proceed to the next step.

5th August 2010 (Thursday)
I was skeptical about the call and went to TM Point Damansara Utama, here is where the real story came out. TM Point Kelana Jaya mixed my address and put the old address as the new address, which was acknowledged by the TM personnel at that TM Point, i couldnt do anything at that point since the TM Point was facing system down at that point, and the girl who attended to me advise me to come back the following week.

9th August 2010 (Monday)
I went to TM Point Damansara Utama, and the girl attempted to do the relocation process again and gave me a case number and her email address, and promised that someone will call me on wednesday to check the status of the port availability.

11th August 2010 (Wednesday)
Wednesday came by and nothing happened, no calls not even a peep, i gave them another day to wait and see, my patience already wearing thin. I saw many TM contractors coming in and out of my Condo day in and day out, i asked them whether my block has empty ports, they told me in each occasion that there are plenty of empty streamyx and unifi ports.

12th August 2010 (Thursday)
Gave the hotline another call, and they are as clueless as usual, but promised yet again that they'll escalate my issues based on my report id given on monday. I couldnt wait and headed back to TM Point Damansara Utama, i asked them to recheck my status and port availability, and also told them all the TM contractors have said that there are no issue with ports. The lady there told me theres an issue under my request and said its filed under "MANTIS", stolen cable or what not, i shot back and said how can the cables be stolen when the telephone line section on each floor of the condo is locked and all of it is centralized. I asked them to recheck and guess what, they deleted my report and gave me a new one and said i'll know the answer to my request in one to two weeks time, as they'll conduct a survey on the ports again. I couldnt do much and left taht place with another report id.

At this point of time i dont know how to make them expedite my process, its already almost 5 weeks since my request and i have yet to get any service but i got billed already with a sum of RM127, when i only usually pay RM110 and the best part my phone line in the old condo is still active, that means the new tenant is free loading on my line.
