[wtc] close...no use anymore

first,i bought a loreal mascara frm her...she say the 1 she using is in good condition..so assure the condition of the mascara with me..and i top up $ for her to use express pos to me..then,when i received it i was so depressed!its really dry!i straight sms her n after a few days she ask me to send it back to her to check whether its really dry..if yes she willing to change her sister's one for me...then,few weeks past..no news frm her...later on i ask her y dun receive it she say dunno n working not free go collect..will try her best...then will update with me asap..that is nov 2008 which she last contact me!asked me to wait for her update also!!then later on i received a note frm post office n ask me go n collect the parcel back!!! and until now,4months frm the date i bought the thing frm her,n 3 months since she asked me to wait!no news and concern frm her at all!!she wasted my rm26 to buy the mascara and another rm4 to post the things back to her n she dowan go collect!!!

every one out there,m i wrong as i trust her by my own decision?or she is really got the responsibility?dun u guys think so???
hard earned $$ jus gone like this....

at least inform us la wat we did wrong y suddenly close out thread i didnt do indirect bump anymore!!!jus a warning then close down ar?others dun c u all straight close theirs!!ppl have alot alot indirect bump i jus 1 then close ar!!!unfair!!!!!

bb cream & foundation?

hi dearie....im really looking for a bb cream tht really suits me...bought skin79 lovely girls and dream girls..lovely is not really satisfying....cant cover my uneven tone..im 20+ and my skin not much prob...jus uneven skin tone/...im attracted by lioele water drop/missha watery bb/skin79 diamond prestige but all over budget...expensive for me for paying around 90 for jus a 40g....=( anyone got good recommendation for me?i really hope to get a good and suitable bb for me tht can be used as a foundation...im deperate for a natural and nice make up!!!

and,for foundation..so far im using cyber colours from sasa...good..but thinking to try maybelline angle fit flawless natural foundation,anybody recommend tht?really natural or not??flawless or not?or any recommendation?and pls,<rm40 pls....im poor....=(
