From SAP Testing to SAP Support Desk

Hi guys,

Im an associate SAP HR consultant in company Z and currently im doing testing for project A at the client site (Company X).
But just now my team lead asked me if I want to do support desk for project A.
This is because the current responsible person for that position want to resign and only gave a very short notice which is 1 month. And also that person is from another company which is company Y.
So Company X want to find another people to replace that person and if possible the want someone from our testing team to take that position. (as we are from the same project, Project A)
Rather than hire new people with no knowledge and experience with project A.
And also I will be there for 6 months or until Company Y have found the another person to replace me.
If I accept, I can claim for expenses and mileage as the place is at another office.
(currently, i can only just claim for expenses)
And besides that, I will work alone as another support desk for for this project is at another country.

The problem now is, should I or should I not take this offer?
Since i'm quite new in this field as i've been working here for only 2 months.
I still can be consider not that familiar with this project.
Im afraid that I cannot handle user problem as im quite 'lembab' in thinking..hohoho..
And also I accept my current job as I want to get experience in SAP, but if i take this offer.. can I make use of the job to build up my career?
I really need opinion from u guys..
I have to reply to my team lead by this week..
(part of myself saying that..."dont take the offer")
i dont know whether it will benefit me if I take this offer...
