Hi all,

Just to check, and inform if you drive past the ldp toll near 1u there are frequent human police speed traps there lately

Usually they camp on the left side under the bridge, whereby it is noted as 60km / h upon exit there

However, if they decide to be on the mid lane, they will catch both sides

On the left exit to kepong(60km). On the right back to 1u(80km)

You need to be after the bridge then the right side kicks in to 60km / h until after the toll

The catch is that, the police there doesnt care and programme the cam to catch at 60 on both sides

Well, if you dont mind to pay another extra rm150 to 300 doesnt matter but i think these law officers need to know where the speed limit begins, or am i getting it wrong?🤔

Hey guys, just to share a personal experience

I met this girl X who is in her mid 20s. Her family background is well to do (i.e. rich) and in the TCM industry. The reason we met was due to a bone fixture i had to correct and i had a few visits there and managed to date her out after that.

During our dates, i noticed that she really likes to drink but she was pretty mild when she was with me. However she did mentioned to me that she is frequently hangover and returns home 3am to 5am from drinks (hard liquor by bottles) session. I would say that this is pretty heavy drinking and could be an alcohol addiction issue already. Problem is, if you preach to a thief, the thief most likely wont appreciate your preaching unless some realization happens and that is usually the case.

Anyway, i noticed i was pretty blind from her behavior because of affection, but to me if a lady smokes, drinks and spends money like water on alcohol even if she is able to afford seems kinda off. I didnt realize she smokes until recently...more to vaping but it is still considered smoking in my dictionary. There were signs that tells me that she vapes/smokes from the way her teeth looks but I thought that I was imagining it.

I too did just come to a conclusion that she doesnt feel for me and i just managed to accept the fact that her world is a differrent world and really not a nice one to be in with.

So, do you guys classify this type of lifestyle unhealthy? I could see the reason why she became a person as such though, as these issues stem from lack of parenting, family bonding, social circle and personal self control. I really wanna tell her in her face that she is a bimbo and i hope that she can fix her lifestyle before it goes bad. I think that she still has many "bright" years to come but living in such a lifestyle feels more like destruction is imminent. To feel concern is one thing, to just not care is another. I personally know it is not my concern anymore but I really hope that she "wakes up" from this terrible lifestyle someday or am i just over exaggerating a typical drinkers lifestyle?

Maybe i just need to vent here, but getting opinions from you guys would be great too. Cheers

Didn't get to see a topic on this yet, if any has been made. Anyway for you guys who enjoys playing CCG ala Hearthstone (HS) & Magic the Gathering (MTG), you guys can try this game out. It is similar to HS and also is made by Japan's very on Pro MTG team. The game released outside of Japan was pretty recently, although the main market comprises of mainly Japanese (due to Cygames is a Japanese Company and has a few franchise games there as well), but usually it's not difficult to find a match either way - you see people from around the world as it is only 1 server connecting everyone everywhere. As for a complete newbie, if you join to date (as in NOW) - after completing the tutorial you will be getting around 3X-4X packs after tutorial completion alone, and 1 pack consist of 8 cards (common, rare, epic and legendary - although the game system is bronze, silver, gold and legendary), so it is not too difficult to get packs as a complete newbie, although it will eventually slow down because newbie benefits don't last long. Anyhow, there are instances you get around 3 to 8 packs for free occasionally due to the generosity of cygames (e.g most recently Japan pro MTG team won the MTG tournament, they gave out a total of 13 packs). Last but not the least, a new expansion is releasing by this week so it is foreseeable that new packs will be given out soon as well. Art style is anime style and you can change the Voice to Japanese as well - you need to search it up on how to do so.

Also, do read on re-rolling guides just in case if you do not like your cards from your newbie package (re-rolling means resetting account) and you can find it on the reddit thread.

There is arena mode too as well (building a deck out of random cards) so you can play that if you like arena mode and not constructed.

Famous HS players e.g. Hafu, Reynad, Kripp and Eloise is playing the game as well (although due to the recent release of MSG of HS, i guess they went back to HS full time mostly on stream).

Each rank goes from 0 to 3 (E.g. D0, D1, D2, D3 into C0, C1, C2, C3 etc) and you do not lose rank at the end of the month, only the numbers behind only if you lose too much and NOT due to monthly reset, so if you do not wish to fight any good decks meaning the decks are somewhat incomplete but usually the players are lacking of skill but it is close to a competitive deck (40 cards in a deck), it is advised to stay below C rank.

Bring your opponent hero's life to zero before your hero is defeated. You do this by deploying creatures, fortunes and events and by casting spells.

Every army consists of 1 hero card and 5 event cards. there are 16 positions on the battlefield where cards can be deployed. the decks can grow from 56 to over 200 cards when you add in creatures, spells and fortunes.

Get to know your factions:

There are 6 different factions (Haven, Inferno, Sanctuary, Necro, Academy, Stronghold). Each offer special powers and opportunities that will help you win the game.

The hero you choose will determine which faction your army is. Your hero also determines your starting levels and life. Each hero has access to a number of special schools of magic.

Personal view:

This is a card game, similar to Hearthstones, MTG and perhaps, Scrolls, but in the Heroes 6 setting, by Ubisoft. I have not spent a single cent on this F2P game, and have been playing around a month now, and currently sitting at 1350 ELO (about 1200 ELO there before the new patch released a few days ago, which enables you to hunt down specific cards you need much easier). Rewards come as you play (hitting achievements), level up (gaining exp winning or losing) and also found online with codes (http://www.reddit.com/r/duelofchampions/comments/1n777x/free_codes_for_new_players/) - with constantly adding new ones and removing old ones as well. Matches are fairly easy to find, takes around 20secs max, but usually found withing the first 10, matching you usually from 0-500elo, 500-1000elo and 1000-1500elo, and yes, cards and strategy both play a role in this game so if you don't have the right cards in your deck, some other players may be impossible to beat until you find the right cards. There are people who hit 1500 ELO without spending a single cent too, but if you would like to support ubisoft / this game, feel free to use it to buy stuffs you want from their online shop.

Otherwise, the game is pretty cool for CCG players, especially those waiting for heartstone or have played before MTG (from what i heard). Do try it out as you don't need to spend a cent on this and the download is ard 400mb i believe.

opening a replay:

just drag and drop your replay file to game.exe, after logging in it will start playing. you need to dig it out from your replay folder and put the file with your main game.exe folder

I am looking for a budget laptop within the range of rm800-rm1000

what i would like in its features are just:
fast start up, well...not like those which takes like 5 min to do so...>.<
able to handle powerpoint presentations well
anything related to smooth startup for basic applications

basically, my need is just for presentation purposes...meaning powerpoint intensive...anything at your store caters to my requirement? =D

Hi guys,

I wonder if anyone of you guys know/ encountered this issue where the left click of the death adder mouse goes crappy

what i mean is that:

1) a single click registers as a double click (occasionally)
2) if you hold the left click button, it sometimes releases the hold itself although you are still holding the button
3) sometime if u left click, it doesn't register

thus, with these issues, anyone know where to get this fixed? or time to get a new mouse?=_="

hey guys, quick question:

technically, my 3ds can connect to my house wifi, however, i if i use public wifi (1 utama, mid valley, pizza hut, whichever public wifi), my 3ds always has a connection error, either cannot sync or failed connection test...but the 3ds can detect a strong wifi signal...anyone experiencing this issue as well? any ways to fix this?

also, anyone experiencing this as well besides me?

Job interview call

Well, i was called up for an interview today (and yes, i'm currently employed)..and i really had no idea how the company is on the market and how credible was it...so, i told the person that i'm currently busy and requested that the person to call back like 1 or 2 days for me to think about attending the interview...

well, what i didn't tell the person about is that i would like to use the time to check on the company before deciding to attend the interview just so that i didn't take a day leave to attend that interview and in the end finding it being a crappy company and felt that i got cheated of my day leave

the person thought that i was being indecisive and just called it off and i was like, ok...thanks for the offer

seriously, for the above scenario...isn't it appropriate that the interviewer just allow some time for the potential candidate to think about attending an interview? as a matter of fact as well, if it's a generic XYZ company (which just in short you had no idea about), won't you tell the person to call back about a day or two later so that you could do your own research on that company before taking a day's leave? it's not like names such as P&G, Dell, HSBC which is making the call to ask you to go for their interview which you had a degree of comfort to just say yes, i would like to go for your interview, correct?...what's your thoughts?

I believe that the AML (anti money laundering) department of the banking industry is growing in Malaysia, but maybe some of you will be able to clarify/ shed some light on some possible career paths/advancement upon gaining working experience in this sector?

Short term/long term...which is better?

less than 2 years as a fresh grad, or more than 2 years?

besides climbing up the ladder in your own office, what are the other opportunities out there? the only thing i can think about is being in the compliance department at the moment though...and how's the job like if one were to be there? And another question is which are the more promising companies to join into if one has the experience as an AML analyst?

Probably i can disregard point 1 and 2 above for substantial IOI's...but 3, 4 and 5 is a bit...

anyway, these are some negative IOI's (probably?)

i tried to rest my elbow on her and she shrugged it off...and i was like, fine, i'll do it to my other colleague (male)...and she followed me...
Could have bailed if it was a little longer, but...the reaction time was like 1 second...so, yea

another one was cause it was raining, i didn't even know that i will do that but, i bought an umbrella from a shop and was ready to leave (the area) without my bunch of colleagues...was like, i really need to leave...so...i thought that i was splitting up with them but manatau that in the end they wanted to leave in the rain also...so i was like following them to leave lo...

then probably this is the part where many will say nice people is difficult out there...handed my 2 colleagues (female) the umbrella while me and another male colleague went off in the rain...i heard from her that she said that she didn't use the umbrella though...but the other colleague did...i was like...er, whatever...

anyway...what are your thoughts? Good time to ask out for a movie or sumthing? XD

To me, just cause of the umbrella incident, thought of backing out a little and see how things goes...

Ghost

Reduce EMP range/ Reduce EMP effectiveness (i.e. reducing less shields and energy) / Makes EMP to decrease 1/2 of the shields and energy remaining of the units targetted (i.e. a unit with 100 shields and 100 energy on it will suffer 50 shield damage and 50 energy loss and a 2nd emp will reduce it to 25 and 25 remaining) / None

Which would be the best option in your guys opinion? Want to pick more than one option? Some other ideas that isn't on the list? Terrans should not be nerfed? Discuss.

IMO:
The units and abilities that i had listed above are those that i find giving terrans a slight edge against the other 2 races.

Marauders as most of you had stated pretty much kills every t1 units

Vikings are the best anti air...as having a bunch of them can 1 shot everything and kite them away and take out another unit...rinse and repeat...however, in ground mode, they are pretty alright...it's like just a bonus that they can attack ground since air mode is so awesome

Scanning pretty much kills all cloaking units...especially with it's huge range

Having mules mass dropping down a new expo (especially if it's a high yield) is just insane

Seige tanks are pretty much okay...but it's range/damage needs something to be done with...especially against the zerg...as they rely on their hp to survive and they come in a group...constant splash damage on those units burns a zerg players income

Early mass reaper harass is just difficult to keep up with...and is very economy crippling while you can constantly mine at your own base (as found in the latest idra replay at the IEM) and transition into something else with ease later...but who here has those insane micro skills like those two, right?

Helions...are just pretty much zergs mineral bane as they roast drones easily...not so useful during a clash...but is really good for harassment

Ghost

If EMP isn't protosses kryptonite...then...what terran still have against them? the MMM ball i suppose...which can do fairly well even without ghost in that composition...this composition is probably weakest to the HT...as collosi just gets sniped out by marauders with stim and if the collosi go high ground to do damage, the terrans have the medivac/scan to counter the high ground advantage...so, it's basically ht vs ghost...and ghost can spot ht's much easier than one can spot the ghost in the marine ball (AOE vs precision clicking too as well)

so, what's the best option which you guys could think will balance the gameplay a little/ more? Discuss.

probably so many topics of this had been created...but anyway...

lets talk a little about them here again

probably if you play 10 matches, you will see 9 of them have some sorta cheese up their sleeves

so, what's your cheese scenario that you dislike happening to you the most?

mine is zealot rush...especially when they just build gates right outside of your base and inside his base, it was empty...=_="

how to counter this?

well...if you scouted early...you would have noticed your opponent's base is empty...however, you will later need to find where his proxy base is...which could be somewhere in the middle of the map...or right outside your base...or if he wants to hide his tech...somewhere near, but outside of his base...but we are talking about cheese here...so...most likely somewhere near your base to the middle point of the map

anyway...when you noticed this situation, it's probably best to get cannons up immediately...and as protoss (cos i play protoss), getting your own 2 gates is pretty pointless (which i just experience in this situation)...best is to wall off with 1 building (could be a forge, or a cybernats), 1 pylon and 1 zealot and 1 stalker out asap

put the cannon inside your base and get another pylon inside to keep your wall powered...zealots would be storming outside your base once he has 3 of them...if you are probably a little quick with your hands...you may have 2 zealots and your cannons will be about to warp in at that point of time...continue to wall off with your 2nd zealot and the cannon will be ready...there, you just fend off the attack...

now...build your own gateways, get your own warp tech and fend off that proxy and you just won yourself the game

easy early win for the opponent, yes...as he contains you inside your base, but when you push out = ggs for him

well, if you have the time to think about how to counter your cheese situation, you may wanna write it out as well...all the best in fending off cheesers

anyway, probably the best defense to deal with cheesers are static base defense + wall (for every race)...highly doubt anyone can cheese a terran as they just build walls up asap...and they can lift off anytime when they noticed something is wrong with his base
