does anyone knows where can i buy netball ball in klang valley???
and also as far as i know, there are 2 netball size right?
size4 and size5. usually which 1 is for adult or competition standard.... they usually use size 4 or size 5?

i've been waiting for a shop for the netball, waited for more than a month time. today he finally got the stock, but the problem is it is size 4. junior net ball. he said everyone bought this, but i see it is really small like for primary/2ndary school kid.
somemore it printed junior net ball on top of the ball surface, makes it looks rather cheap. =='
im planning to buy for my friend as birthday gift, but i have no clue about netball at all...

can someone enlighten me?

current i might venture into business that selling T-shirt online....
and the T-shirt will be shipping from China to here Malaysia. each time shipping will be in big bulk of quantity of Tshirts. probably over thousands. might be more in future if doing well.....

but the thing is, i think i hear people say before that when the stocked reach Malaysia. it has to go through kastam...
does anyone know how is the process like???

cant it be like normal postage??? the item just directly go to my house/company????

and i think someone told me before that sometimes the kastam see your stock so many and they kinda detain your stock and you have to give them underground money to get your stock???

what is admin/general clerk career path?

hello guys... regarding the topic issue...
i hope someone can enlight me regarding admin aka general clerk future career path?? can they get promoted to higher post and better salary??

as we all know admin/clerk salary is around 1k-1.8k maybe? i dono how much can it goes. but can their salary goes til 3k 4k follow with the experience they gain through the years by getting promotion and of coz more responsibilities?

do they hav post like team leader, manager assistant, manager, etc etc like other job field???

then also can they work in HR department??
or should i say can admins with only spm qualification works in HR department or they must hav diploma qualification only can work in HR department???
i heard HR department will get better paid is that true?

hmm.. having some problem with 1 of the function in lyn here..
i dono if other forumer got use such function or not. but personally i love to use that and i know how it should fucntion as i used it before in other forum.

anyway... i also dono how to xplain my problem. so im just gonna post images out.

1st... i just post reply to this topic in job enlistment....

then i use this function. search ALL topics that i replied in the forum. start from the begining... (there got option bout how recent the topic u searching. i choose show all)

end up it turn out nothing for me... =.=

okays... i wont so dumb just go reply 1 topic then click search watever i replied always. =.='
but sometimes u know, we tend to forget what topic we chat before... but we wanna follow up.. so this is the best way for me to keep track back on what we replied before and which topic i replied before...
coz recently there are 2-3 topics that im kinda interested to keep track on it was lost.
i keep using this function to track it back. but i end up get nothing. initially i thought maybe i get into wrong subforum or wrong section... but now for no reason i suddenly feel like try to just track on the topic that i just post. and so i found this bug....

i hope LYN staff can get the function working well though. >.< is very good function ler... don wanna lose it...

im creating this topic is to hope to get some tips about how do we approach our boss if the increment doesnt hit our desire amount???

is there any people with experience in this thing mind to share share???

and of coz pls don say "leave the company" or such similar answer... if we could just leave the company, we don hav to bargain with our boss. right?

and of coz must approach the boss in proper way and proper manners. u cant just say "if u don increase my salary im goona leave the company" also right?

personally for my case im still waiting for my next coming increment. i actually know myself that i was underpaid for like 1year+ jo... for some reason i cant leave the company. not at this moment. so if next coming increment the boss giv not as much as i desire and deserve... anyway to approach him and discuss with him???
