Convert symbol-file to text-file

Hi everyone,

I'm really newbie in this thing. Currently I'm using an engineering software and the output files from that software need to be converted into another software in order the results to be display in 3D format. So there's no problem for that. But the challenge was I need to look what is inside the output files. It suppose to be in coding format (I'm not sure what types of coding been used). When I tried to open the file using text file (Notepad, Notepad++, Wordpad, Word etc...), it was in symbol-format so that I can't understand it (refer to attached file for example).
[attachmentid=5145839]
Is there any ways/tools that I can use to convert the file so that it can be readable?

Thanks in advance.

SYM Sport Bonus SR vs. DEMAK Evo Z

Both are 110c, with the tight budget of RM4000-4200 only and maybe both are not comparable to famous brand (HONDA, YAMAHA, SUZUKI ...etc...), so which one better...?

my reference;
1. https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1086479/all (for DEMAK but quite outdated...)
2. http://symforumclub.forumotion.com/t113p75-kapcai-bonus-110 (for SYM)

in terms of physical spec, features that SYM sport bonus have that not available at DEMAK Evo Z are;
- seat opener switch
- front LED lamp
- tubeless tyres
- engine cover

other than that, looks same to me...
in fact, i'm very interested on their aerodynamic design compared to other famous brand with the same price like new HONDA WAVE 110 or new HONDA EX5
so please advice...
