How to sell domain name?

Hi, just wondering how to sell a domain name? After selling to a person what do I need to give the buyer? A domain transfer code?
Anyone wanna buy Pictar.Net? Expired on 17 April 2009. So far, it's the only site that makes a tiny little bit of money for me but because i am no longer interested in maintaining it.

RM60(starting price)
domain name(pictar.net) + the script that runs the site now and it's images/user database. No hosting provided. You need to transfer to your own webhost.

Anyone would like to take over it? Please place your bids. Otherwise I would leave it to expire.

Hi, just wondering how many domain names do you have?
If you have many domain names but they are not generating income do you think it's ok to still keep them?
I am currently having 2 domain names but none are making $$

Adsense Revenue Sharing System

I have a suggestion/idea.
Why don't lowyat.net create an adsense revenue sharing system for it's users. Maybe allocate a adspace slot at the top or in every thread that rotates the adsense codes of the members. Active members will get more chances of his/her ads appearing in that slot. This way, lowyat can reward it's members for participating and also attract more members.

Car Brakes. Do they cost petrol?

Hi guys, in line with recent petrol price hike, I have a question that have been bothering
me for a long time, that is whether car braking costs petrol?

I heard from somewhere before
that the more brakes you do, the faster the petrol is gone. So, people would usually choose
a route with less traffic lights and also traffic jams.

Is this true? If it's true then I must brake
my car lesser now and find better routes.

And also which costs more petrol? High speed or low speed driving? Thanks
