Blank screen at startup

Hey guys I got a problem with my computer. It seems that after I change a new casing, the computer cant seem to startup. It will go blank and theres no beep alarm sound or anything. Ive already tried clearing the CMOS and still no response.
Is it possible that my mobo is fried or is there any ways to troubleshoot which part of it that malfunction? Thank you.
